Got my feet something bitten in midnight on the bed. By flea or mosquitoes but my feet had been covered by blanket. Buenos Aires is full of mosquitoes but hotel lobby inside is also full of mosquitoes.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. And the room size was great, particularly since we had a lot of luggage. Further, the front desk was helpful in assisting us with getting a taxi (which had to accommodate a lot of suitcases) to the airport.

The air conditioning in our room was barely functional, and certainly not able to keep it at a comfortable temperature. The pool and gym were undergoing renovations when we were there, but we knew that in advance and it was not a problem for us. Good to double check if that’s important to you though.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods and beverages. The bed was reasonably comfortable (though I tend to find hotel beds too firm for my liking and this was no exception).

Because it was the campaign HQ for the new president, there was a lot of hub-bub around the place. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen another spot. This made things more inconvenient than other times.

We like this hotel for its location, price (relative to others in the category), and comfort. I have always found the staff to be very helpful. They offer a excellent breakfast but this time the breakfast room was unusually noisy and crowded ... difficult to find a pleasant spot for one or two people alone.

Breakfast staff seems in a big rush to shut down and take dishes so quickly forks and knives went flying.

Great air conditioning- lovely sheets and thick towels - very good and helpful front desk staff and doorman. The bell hop was a gem!

The gym and pool were being repaired so we couldn't enjoy all the services. The restaurant for breakfast was too small for the number of guests, it was difficult to get a table.

We booked the junior suite with an extra-large bed for us and our eight years old son. We all enjoyed the space and organization of the room, with great views to the Río de la Plata. Its location is superb, one block away from Galerías Pacífico and the Florida walk. We will come back again for sure.

By mistake, I did not select the option to include the breakfast in my hotel rate, but the hotel staff can be a little softer with the rules and provide the free breakfast for loyal customers.

I have stayed in this hotel before, since 2013 (if I am not mistaken). My room is always clean and quite, bed is very comfortable, pillows are great. Breakfast is a buffet that has a lot of options, love the potatoes, dulce de leche and the bread with membrillo sauce. The staff at the restaurant are also very nice. Check-out was speedy.

breakfast is terrible. need different options. the scrambled eegs looks like soup. check out takes at least 20 mins. keep that in mind if you’re have a flight to catch.
