You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great Hosts, very helpful and communication before and during was easy. Good central location - close to the bus station and on the central road leading to the beach. Good size rooms with large bathrooms. Good value for money.

PolandHotel is very close to city center, but on the other hand even it's close to main cozzy street, the hotel seems very quiet. Trafic outisde almost completly disapears arround 10:30 pm. Staff helped us with the issue of further southband travel. Overally, very good place to stay. Bus (furgon) station is located close to train station and it's about 1 km walking. The other bus (furgon) station is 900 meteres to the north.

The location was great. The hotel was quite, clean and beautiful. It was a family business and everyone was friendly and ready to answer to all the questions regarding not only the hotel but also where to find the bus station or other attractions.

We were a group of 11 people, yes, 11. No trouble accomodating all our needs, the staff was incredibly friendly, from the owners to the waiters. The hotel is super clean, with room cleaning everyday, big balcony for the room, AC worked fine. 10 min walk from old town and 30 min walk from Lungo Mare. Restaurants, stores, pharmacies, café's, everything you'll need within a 150m radius. We drove to the beach everyday because we went to a different one everyday. If you're one of the ones that want to have the beach in walking distance, don't go to Vlora :p

Czech RepublicAir conditioning turns on automatically after you insert room key to its slot and unlock electricity for room. There is no control remote, you are not able to change any settings of Air conditioning. Air conditioning was not cooling the room, it only circulated Air in the room, so it was pretty hot there at night anyway. Hotel is close to mosque, so expect that you will hear calling for prayer from minaret at 4am. Towels were really old, one even torn. Receptionist didn't speak in English.
Room and bed sheets were clean.
