The location was perfect nearby shops and restaurants. Sound proofing was excellent. Although there were constructions at the back of the hotel, we couldn’t hear anything. The rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. The spa was nice and you can enjoy it for free an hour per day with specific timing for kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the air-conditioner which was solved immediately.

The room size was great, considering we are a family of 4. Breakfast was great. The staff were terrific. I have been visiting Andorra for the past 11 years and always book in Grand Plaza. The rooms were renovated, which was a plus for us.

United Arab EmiratesIt was 30 Euros parking per night for my rental car. Staff were very kind to assist me with parking the car and also driving it up when I went out for excursions. It was quite challenging to find the hotel on the first day due to the one way streets. Note that there wasn't much wifi available even though we had roaming packages.
I was very happy with the location of the hotel right in the middle of Andorra la Vella. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me out with my questions on sightseeing and shopping. I also spent an hour at the spa as part of my package and enjoyed the facilities.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was spacious and quiet, the breakfast was delightful, and the valet parking was very convenient. We were only in Andorra for one night, so did not have a chance to use the spa at the hotel or eat dinner at the restaurant but look forward to trying both on future visits. They also have great robes!
