We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsRooms are quite noisy, there is virtually zero sound insulation. The whole hotel is very simple, the room has exactly what it says with no extras, as does the breakfast/dinner hall.
Staff was absolutely incredible, highlight of the hotel! Location is also amazing, next to the river and the centre of Encamp. I'm a huge fan of cantaloupe and watermelon so breakfast was divine for me 🍈🍉

United States of AmericaThe toilet my room (#508) didn't flush. Andrés came and fixed it 3 or 4 times, but a few hours later it would stop working again. Eventually I got tired of asking to have it fixed, and I just flushed the toilet by pouring a bucket of water in the toilet bowl (using the trash can for a bucket).
Amazing friendly staff that went out of their way to be helpful, attentive, and welcoming.

Facilitie and atmospher is nice, not luxury, just you can have anything what you need. Location is great, walking distance to bus stop and town centre, 15min by bus to Andora capital.

PolandIn description of the hotel it says there is transfer from the airport while there is no transfer in the summer or autumn. Which is inconvenient because the nearest airport Seu de Urgell is on the other side of the border, with little to no public transport.
It is clean, there is an elevator, nice view from a balcony.

United KingdomCould hear neighbours phone alarms in the morning. So the walls must be thin. Other than that we didn't hear much of the neighbours unless they were in the corridor. Heating comes on full power early at 4am-ish which woke me up a few times. We experienced a few power cuts one day although I'm sure this is not an ongoing issue.overall a good comfortable stay.
Lovely staff. Comfortable enough rooms. Nice proximity to gondola for top of ski slopes (just a short uphill walk but the rental places have locks you can rent) Overall a nice trouble free stay.

PolandNearly nothing. The only minor issue was that sometimes there was nobody in the reception.
I cannot understand how this place has only a 7.2 of average grade in Booking. The price is fair, and the food is REALLY GOOD (both at breakfast and dinner). The quality of breakfast is what I would expect in a 4-star hotel, not a 3-star. Dinner costs only 12 euros and has good variety (and tasty desserts). Sometimes I think Spaniards are just quite mean when they make reviews because surely this place deserves at least an 8.5 of average grade.

24 hour reception was an added bonus. The location was quite nice, it was only a 10 minute bus ride away from Andorra la Vella - which was the city center. The food there was excellent and had a very good value for money, and the shopping was lovely.
