There were huge groups of tourists staying in the hotel and taking over the breakfast/dining room, and at some point I felt like I was being "herded" to my table. The service was not really personable and the place looked understaffed in the dining room and bar areas.

The ensuite room was very nice, for a good price, and the breakfast buffet included was abundant. I liked having the option of eating dinner in the hotel, as well (for an OK price, given that it's an all-you-can-eat buffet). There are some interesting restaurants and shops and minor attractions in the area where the hotel is located, though it's not in the main city. In Andorra, you can walk from town to town if you don't mind going up and down some hills. By the way, a convenient elevator in the back of the hotel takes you down to the ground floor and right into the town center through a little alley. The hotel has scenic views of hilly Andorra.

Grey coloured bedding not to our liking - prefer white. Needs more than one pillow on the bed, Spa bath was scruffy with patches of enamel missing and the sealant around the edges needs attention so not very inviting. The bath was used once and wasn’t cleaned properly afterwards.

Stayed here for one night on our motorcycle tour of the Pyrenees, the hotel is in a good location for the main street and shops. Nice and clean hotel with a very good selection at breakfast. We were able to park the bikes in the hotels secure underground car park. There's a bar (no draught beer) and the hotel has a restaurant for evening meals.

After comparing with the several 4 and 5 star facilities we had during our >20 days travel in Spain, we need to mention that 4 stars here is overrated ! (or "star rating" is more flexible in Andorra).

We were upgraded to a better/larger room and the garage for our car (with helpful staff to park it).

Breakfast is very good but dinner was cold and not very nice. Found a lovely restaurant in town though.

The location is excellent having easy access to the town. The secure parking is good. The staff are excellent and very accommodating, unfortunately they had their work cut out when we stayed as there were about 500 teenagers staying for a basketball tournament who were out of control.

The hotel was full of school parties, many of these were not controlled and so there was lots of noise especially during the evening when the school kids were running riot in the corridors and stairwells, we had to complain to reception because of this disturbance.

The rooms were large and clean. The restaurant was spacious and breakfast was good with lots of choice. The hotel pool and spa were nice and the roof terrace was an unexpected bonus.

It was amazing experience in Andorra. Hotel nice with good location, close to the centre of city. Not to far away to skiing station. We have used to travel with the car. Staff was very responsible and friendly, helping us with everything.
