Customer service provided by Louisa was superb. The property was beautiful and serene, with wonderful hiking trails. Although the restaurant was closed the evening we stayed, we were given excellent recommendations as an alternative. Breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again for longer!

United KingdomPaid-for and very expensive spa, paid-for and expensive transfers to ski lift. Together with our group we would have preferred the room rate to be a little bit more expensive but include these extras, otherwise it feels like you need to watch out for optional extras. The fact spa comes with a separate fee is not very clear on hotel's website.
Hotel is very nice, good rooms (bigger than it seems in photos), breakfast is very good. Games room is lovely, additionally to that hotel has a nice lounge area, ski cupboards with drying facilities for the ski boots.

This is an exceptional hotel, everything about it was amazing. the design and history behind the property is beautiful. The room was super clean, the bed sheets were crisp clean and the finishing of the room and bathroom was top quality. the property has a gorgeous garden and restaurant. the area around the hotel was beautiful. It is situated outside the city but surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for outdoor activities. The staff of the hotel made my vacation super nice. They were very friendly and helpful, they actually make you feel like you are a part of the family. I would like to thank them starting with Mr Hamed the Gardner to the owners of the hotel. I would like to mention Mr Giordy and Ms Luisa thank you for everything. I will definitely book this hotel in my future travels.

RussiaIt is not located on a slope, to get there you need to have a car. The hotel offers shuttle bus for 10€ one way for one person to Encamp station which means that it takes 30 min to start skiing. If shuttle bus schedule doesn't fit you, you can always discuss with reception or order a taxi for 13€ (4min drive to the closest station and 25 min gondola - the longest one, but it is actually quite ok - just enjoy the view). There are lockers in hotel for skies. You have to pay 20€ each time you want to go to sauna. Even though it includes overall visit of spa. It will actually be closed only for you, so other guests will not be there the same time. There are: steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, a pool with cold water and a relax area with armchairs. You can hear guests from other rooms, quite typical for this kind of buildings, but FYI. There is no tea or any mini bar in rooms, but you can use The Honest Bar at reception, so to take anything you want from the fridge for extra money. The last and the least: tea cups are extremely small both at restaurant and at the bar.
The hotel is brand new, probably the most stylish in all Andorra. It is run by a family, so it is a good choice for those who wants to escape from crowds and just relax in woods. For those who stays at hotel it is possible to get half board, which is 30 extra euro for dinner per person (good value for money) and a lot of food. You can choose what you would love to have. Beds are extremely comfortable.

Magnificent. We traveled the world a lot in our lives already but this one was definitely made into one of our top favorites! The rooms are cosy and the bed makes you enjoy your night just like it should be on vacation. You sleep like a baby. The spa is exactly as on the pictures and beautifully relaxing. The view from the hotel is spectacular, and you can even enjoy it from the restaurant. The best is the very friendly and helpful staff: we got stuck in the snow and they came to help us; every wish we had in the hotel was considered and followed and last but not least the restaurant on site is very good with local dishes. You everything close by: 20min to Andorra l V, hiking or other restaurants to change a bit. This place is most definitely highly recommended and you shouldn't miss you lr chance to stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks for this beautiful vacation!

United States of AmericaThe hotel is frankly strange. Everything in the common areas was dark with very little light. It felt like a cave. Also, the hotel did not have air conditioning and no air circulation which is a problem in the summer.
The restaurant was the highlight of the stay along with the beautiful setting.
