United States of AmericaWe were given room without balcony, with inclined ceiling, and windows only in ceiling. Not a really good room, and hotel didn't have other room to swap. Ramp to parking is very steep and is oneway, parking spaces are narrow. I would rather leave car on a street parking near by next time.
Hotel's location is great, very close to everything. Breakfast was good, there were options for anyone. Patio space outside the hotel was very convenient.

SpainThe rooms are not well isolated, so you hear quite some noise from other rooms.
The location is excellent in the heart of the city on the pedestrian path, hence no traffic noise at all. The breakfast was great on variety and quality. The staff is constantly refilling the buffet and cleaning tables.

United KingdomI shared a twin room with a friend. It has a bathroom which has a wall of glass, whilst it has some frosted lines there were not enough!!!
The location could not be better. The room was modern & spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Comfortable beds & a good shower. A lot of variety at breakfast. As a vegan I tend to struggle but I had some fruit and bread with jam.

RomaniaAs the hotel provides accommodation to pets for extra-fee, one customer left the dog unattended in the room and it barked for hours which riuned the confort for the entire hotel. Also the parking is extremely tight.

United KingdomNot the hotels fault but it was over weekend amd all night until early hours of the morning there were people in neighbouring street letting off loud fireworks. We had a dog with us who was scared by the bangs so we had to close the door to the balcony but the air con wouldn't turn on making the room very warm
We were right in the centre of town and it had great access to everything we wanted. Breakfast was brilliant and plenty of parking, quite expensive but it is the centre of town so sort of expect it.

Location was central to the city. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Showers were great for my taller family members. Breakfast comes with room and it was very organized and had plenty of options. Parking is very close to hotel and cost only $18 per day. The area felt very safe. The city is very clean. Good value.
