We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location was central to the city. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Showers were great for my taller family members. Breakfast comes with room and it was very organized and had plenty of options. Parking is very close to hotel and cost only $18 per day. The area felt very safe. The city is very clean. Good value.

United KingdomI thoroughly enjoy our space, yet if I were to improve one aspect, it would be enhancing the wall insulation. Occasionally, during the early morning hours, we can faintly hear conversations from outside our room in the corridor, which slightly disrupts our peace.
This place is fantastic! It's in a great location, right in the heart of everything. The breakfast is decent, and the room has everything you need for a short stay. Perfect for couples, with a lively atmosphere outside the hotel. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but I must mention that the lady at the check-in was lovely!

The location is exceptional, you are in the heart of Andorra. The rooms are spacious. Due to the hotel's location, there is no traffic, except for access to the car park below, which is 6 euros cheaper than public car parks over a period of 24 hours. The hotel has a bar, and a café/restaurant. The breakfast is continental with excellent choices of excellent cold meats, cheeses, and excellent pastries. The staff are kind and helpful.
