Nothing in particular. The room should be sweeped during housekeeping n not just the bed made. That's all.

The staff was friendly..clean rooms and housekeeping. Angel and Anne were really nice. Always available for any kind of help.

It's a very small point, but tea and coffee facilities within the room would have been lovely - albeit you can order coffee downstairs in the small cafe area.

Friendly and helpful staff. It rained heavily for a couple of days but thankfully there were umbrellas available for free use. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean.

A bit old furniture, the sockets are in the bed very close to the head, the sockets are not enough, no slippers

The water wasn't draining well. We spent three days in a hotel, and the towels weren't changed.

Unfortunately there was no parking space left when I arrived and I had to drive around town for about half an hour before I finally ended up parking in one of the paying public parking lots suggested by the hotel receptionist. Luckily there is one parking space in front of the hotel which is very helpful to unload your luggage when checking in, but you need to move your car to free up the space for the next guest.

The location is great and you can easily walk to and from the city center, even late at night. It is very safe. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the room upgrade since I arrived quite late and that's all that was available, very easy check-in and check-out. The receptionist gave me great suggestions for parking as it is a rare commodity in Andorra. I didn't have breakfast due to lack of time, but it looked lovely.

The only thing we didn’t really enjoy was breakfast. The food wasn’t very good and there was not too much to choose from, although I guess it might be a matter of preferences.

The staff was extremely friendly, they explained everything to us and gave us some great tips about visiting Andorra. The room was really clean and comfy, we especially liked the bathroom. It was simple but decent and enough for a short stay. Good value for money.

Parking is hard everywhere in the city and this place is no exception. I was able to find parking near by for a nominal fee.

The staff at the hotel were very good and very helpful when 1 of our crew had to go to hospital and has had to leave his motorbike in the garage. The hotel is very nice and comfortable with a nice breakfast.

Too far ex CBD but bus L6 , 300 me downhill could solve this.

Friendly, helpful, worldy staff who spoke multiple languages. I liked the lift, the offer of discounted breakfast, the provisoon of a European phone charger, pleasant banter and confidence of reliability should trouble loom.

The isolation was not very good. I could hear my neighbours in the other rooms and the cars outside. Luckily they weren't that noisy and there weren't many cars at night. The internet was not very fast, but stable enought for a stream.

The staff is extremely customer oriented, everyone was very friendly and I especially liked the personal smalltalk with every staffmember (cleaning + kitchen + reception staff). I enjoyed a family feeling in the dining room with the staff. I had to leave before the kitchen opened for breakfast the last day and the receptionist even prepared me a small bag with sandwiches, yoghourt, water and fruits the nightbefore! The staff member gave me many information about the surroundings and interesting POI. I was able to charge my electric car at stable 5kw.

The breakfast was OK but could have been a bit better for the 8 euros we paid.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. We were able to part the car just outside the hotel for free.
