Garage parking slots are very small and not much space around. If all spots of the same level would be used then parking would be difficult even with small car.

very strange rules in my opinion (for example, if you do not throw away your trash or not clean your dishes yourself it costs 35 Euro extra, breaking the seal of the modem also costs extra, „extra cleaning“ (nobody knows, what that means) also costs extra, basically lots of stuff can cost extra and that’s why you have to pay a deposit at arrival and you do not really know, if you will get it back, which is a strange feeling)

The indications for picking up keys were a little bit confusing due to the address did not correspond it with the right one. I extremly recomend to include a map indicating the place to pick up keys,

Once you reach the place to pick up keys, everything is very easy. It would be great to have an option to book more than one parking spot.

Difficult to find office, especially in the dark and extremely difficult to find building with apartment in the dark. Sign with the number of a block is so small, we already thought we won't find it. Noisy beds.

where to pick up the keys was a nightmare. Took over an hour to find the place after stopping several people on the street.

Instructions and map for finding the hotel and parking entrance need to be improved. Minimal utensils in the kitchen.

Very spacious rooms. Large bed with plenty of extra bedding if needed. Air conditioning for both heating and cooling very good. Supermarket nearby (10 minutes to walk down and 20 minutes to walk back). Lift to parking. Free parking. Quiet location.

If travelling without a car, the uphill walk may be a drag if carrying luggage. Could do with more kitchen equipment - like a bigger frying pan and a tea towel. Car park would be very tight if full.

Quiet location in Ransol, close to beautiful hiking and walking distance from the Manacor supermarket and restaurant. Modern and very clean. Washing machine and clothes airer provided.

Some of the windows didn’t bloc exterior sound that well. I found it a bit noisy.

Parking was very very tight. Also the apartment was very cold when I arrived, I couldn't work out how to switch the heating on. May be this could be done prior to arrival of guests. Or instructions of how to use the heating control system available.

I'd booked a one bedroom apartment and was upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment-loads of space as it was only me staying!! Very spacious, good kitchen facitilies.

the kitchen utensils were cheap (coffee machine, pans etc. ) and limited - no bottle opener, nor grater for example. not what you expect for the price paid. 2 bedrooms had no windows

Underground car-parking is very tight. An estate is just about manageable. A range-rover would have no hope. Also, exit to car-park is steep, so you need to be confident if you don't have winter tires. You could be stuck without tire-socks or chains if you are unlucky with the weather. Walking to the lifts is doable, but would not be fun (1km+). Only just enough crockery (plates etc). Would be good to have enough for two meals - not just one.

Room was big. Kitchen was big and clean. Double bed was good. Wifi in apartment was excellent. Good to have parking under cover. Big fridge-freezer. We spent a week and it was very comfortable. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable.

The heating was switched off totally and it took us quite some time to work out how to get it on. They are up a very steep hill You will definitely need a car.
