Wall are too thin so could hear people next door, no air-con but it didn't matter because the window open was fine, no bar snacks expect for crisps, no actual gym just an outdoor assault course. No fridge in the room.

Pool was lovely, views were fantastic, clean hotel, staff tried to speak English and helpful, lovely Pedro Ximenez wine, location is great if you have your own car. Menu del dia was a good option.

The view and the location was superb, it was quiet, the room was clean and the bathroom was fine, the personal was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Indeed some amenities are a bit old, but I don't mind these aspects, because overall I had a great experience.

Would have preferred a kettle for hot drinks in the room, but they do have a cafe onsite you can purchase drinks from.

An amazing view to wake up to looking out onto the moutains. Very friendly staff and the room itself was decorated beautifully.

This probably has something to do with the off-season, but it was a very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel. Let's start with the fact that the hotel has half of the rooms with a magnificent view of the mountains, and we were placed in a room overlooking the road at a time when the hotel was completely empty. Of the three light bulbs in the corridor, only one was shining - you enter the floor, a room at the end of a dark corridor, in which you still have to enter the door code by touch. The breakfast was not that primitive, I would say it could hardly be called breakfast. Rather than offer such a breakfast, it is better not to offer it at all. Besides, I didn’t understand this topic at all, when in an empty hotel they tell you that you need to choose a time for breakfast: 8:30, 9:00 or 9:30, while breakfast is declared from 8 to 10 :) It was something... something new. Overall, the hotel gives the impression of a hotel in which the administration has not paid attention to detail for a long time.

A nice and clean room. Lots of free parking spots, which is VERY RARE in Andorra, which makes it worth 10 mins of extra driving from the main road, and also gives a great view of mountains from the hotel. A great breakfast (8 euro).

The senior female staff made me feel very uncomfortable , questioning bill payments . Trying to charge for evening meal when I was half board . Saying hadn’t paid bar bill when had receipt in full . Toilet seat cracked and bath /shower taped up with black tape so you couldn’t have a bath . Just shower . Very slippy bath as well . No food available until 8 pm . Arrived at 2 pm and nothing to eat . Yet they could serve birthday party with food sandwiches etc !

All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was varied and delicious for the evening meals and of a local style. Our room on the 1st floor gave us a view over the swimming pool and of the valley opposite so when you woke you were just looking at the sunlit mountains.

we booked a deluxe room that was supposed to be bigger size as the basic rooms are quite small. but we just had a room the same size that we were told had been refurbished. certainly it had a new blind and paint but bathrooms just as small and shower over the bath the same. I was a bit upset to be charged extra for this room. also the swimming pool was being renovated however the renovations were taking longer than expected due to poor weather. I suppose we would have liked to have been told this to reduce the disappointment breakfast very basic indeed

Beautiful view in a tranquil location. The hotel is only a couple of km of the main road and there is parking available on site.. The staff were all lovely and made you feel really welcome and relaxed. The bed was very comfortable. The superior double has a magnificent view of the mountains and the standard double has a lovely view of the forest The whole experience was excellent and we would definitely visit again. .

We had a great few days at this hotel and had a great New Years Eve 22. Very clean, daily change of towels and cleaning of the room. Beautiful view of the mountains from the restaurant during breakfast. ) Great service. Very friendly service staff. Everything was top notch!

This hotel never fails to measure up to all expectations. It is rustic in nature. Very clean everywhere. Staff are all great and so relaxed. The pool area is a lovely quiet space
