There were a couple of things broken in the bathroom, the mechanic sink plug and the showerhead could use a replacement. The interphone didn't work so I had to go downstairs to ask for room service, but the nice lady did give me a discount when it was time to pay.

The hotel staff was very nice, the lady at the front desk helped us to make a call when we realised we got an eSIM with no phone calls and had to book a restaurant. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, we slept very well. We didn't try the spa so not rating it.

Wi-fi is very bad and slow. You'll need to go to the lobby, if you want to use internet.

Internet did not reach the room. On the first night Internet did not work. In 2023 there is no excuse for that. Less points for this.

Good Size of the room. Modern Nice Hotel with a good value for money. Not too difficult to park the car.

we went to new years eve, but still 130 for dinner per person. We no dietary option... The decor is in sync with the naming not necessarily is the best way.

decent room, decent facilities, the fact that you can book the spa and don't have to be weird with strangers thats a nice touch. Felt a bit like a family hotel with all the local gathering for the new years, trying to munch their grapes. Stuff is also quite helpful.

The breakfast was disappointing. . The eggs and bacon were never warm enough and the quality of the flakes and museli was poor. The breakfast does not reflect a 4 star hotel.

The hotel suited our stay, parking was free and the room was good.

Smokers on other balconies meant I had to keep my window shut in the hot weather - didn’t have air con in the room

good breakfast - staff didn’t speak english but were very patient with me and worked hard to make sure we understood each other. Underground parking was perfect for motorcycle travel, but be warned it’s not easy to get out as the sensor doesn’t recognise a bike, and I had to park on a steep slope and run round the front, put in the code to open the door and then start my bike on a steep slope to get it out. Manageable but a faff.

The lift was in maintenance for 3 days... has some problems. The Fridge on the room was not working, we ask to be fixed and they never did. The room was cleaned but they left cleaning micro-fiber towel in the room.

the internet is very bad, and there is no parking, just a quick drop off spot. We were lucky to find the few spots left around the hotel and for free since it was on a festivity.

We got the suite and it was very spacious. People at the reception were very nice and helpful. The room is ok, comfy bed, bathroom with everything. Overall a great experience and we would recommend it

The WiFi did not work well in our room. The name of the hotel suggest to be a Spa. If you want to use those facilities you have to pay 15€ per person for one hour. We booked a time slot but nobody was there to check. The whirlpool does not "whirl", so it is basically a big bathtub. Everything felt a little weird but the 2 saunas were actually nice. At the time, we were there the parking from the hotel was under construction, but we could park on the street right in front of the hotel for 1€/h (only charged from 9 am to 8 pm).

Staff was extremly friendly and helpfull. Room was nice. Saunas were nice, BUT see below...

The hotel was dirty, the beds were small, the staff was rude, and they didn't address issues. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the towels were dirty. I definitely wouldn't return.

Carpeted floors. Better insulated walls

Paper thin walls. Every noise heard. Window/Door to balcony didn't open.

Parking expensive and only for small cars, better to just aim for street parking. Breakfast wasn't impressive.
