United KingdomThe staircase from the ski lockers to the street to access the gondola were too steep and narrow. The bed was too firm for me. For some strange reason they did not identify vegetarian items on the evening menu. They had a code for just about everything else such as nuts and lactose but not meat free products. I am not vegetarian I just don't eat red meat so my choices were limited. They put beef stock or ham in all of the soups even those that were vegetable based which was rather annoying. Apart from this I enjoyed my stay.
Friendly and helpful staff. Food plentiful and lots of choice at breakfast. Excellent location next to Canillo gondola and away from the main road. Close to transport links. Very clean. Quiet room.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, all requests catered for. Really nice relaxing communal area downstairs with pool table and table tennis, and sofas by an open fire. Perfect for our ski trip as it was right next to Camillo gondola just across the road. Buffet breakfast was perfect for fuelling up before a day on the slopes. The evening meal option was also very nice and great value

SpainThe rooms are slightly outdated, but it’s essential to remember that this is a super comfortable sports hotel, not a luxury 5-star hotel. For the purpose it serves, this is not an issue.
Bonavida Hotel is an excellent choice if you plan to ski in Andorra. Here are some highlights: Convenient Ski Storage: The hotel provides a convenient place to store your ski equipment. Prime Location in Canillo: It’s situated right in front of the telecabina, making access to the slopes easy. Professional Staff: The hotel staff, especially at the restaurant, do an outstanding job. Delicious Food: Guests can enjoy delicious meals at the restaurant. Relaxing Amenities: The sauna and jacuzzi are very nice for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Good Internet Access: Stay connected with reliable internet. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend the Bonavida Hotel to everyone! 🏔️❄️🏨

GreeceFor ski travel we have a lot of equipment combined with extra charges by airlines these days, we can only afford essential clothing. I would have appreciated a pair of slippers from the hotel, not available even after requesting - even for using the sauna! I had to go in my apres ski boots! Old elevator automation, you have to wait for the button light to go off to call it, gets complicated in rush after ski.
Room very clean, especially important the carpet looked immaculate, felt comfortable walking barefoot. Big windows with view on both sides, properly equipped with curtains and 100% blinds Perfect temperature and covers, simple uncluttered decor. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location, across from the Canillo gondola and in the center of the village. Excellent ski room, heated boot and lockers, included in price. Friendly and helpful staff, Thank you all!!
