The pub downstairs is so noisy at night, the windows aren't sound proof and this was quite annoying. They didn't have hairdryer in the bathroom. I suggest you send tips on how to get there using elevator to every visitor before arrival, it'll be helpful.

The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a few min walk from the bus station (take the elevator to the square - super easy - I'm glad I figured this out as there was no info on how to get uphill, and I would have walked uphill with my luggage). The rooms are themed which was cool, they are clean warm and comfortable. It's right next to the government building (new and old). Good value of money too.

The location is great. The staff are approachable and very accommodating. Though, there is a bar at the ground floor but it did not prevent us to have restful sleep. The coffee and croissant are also very good 😊

The pub was under renovation so it wasn't open but that's not a big deal.

This place was absolutely excellent. Friendly staff, cute rooms, good location, comfortable beds. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in Andorra for a couple of nights.

I found that there was a weird smell in the bathroom from the moment I arrived. I'm not sure if it had to do with the drainage, but I ended up just leaving the window in the room open to help air it out.

The room was movie themed and had a fantastic view of the mountains of Andorra. The bed was comfortable and they provided towels. The room is smaller, but this wasn't an issue for me since I don't take up much space haha.

Elevator only works during the hours of the bar/reception.

Location was perfect and next to the old city center and all the old churches as well as the bus station. The superhero room had a good collection of figures and old comics and as a fan I really enjoyed staying there. The bar has a vintage vibe and is open till 1am and has free cigarettes. Really friendly staff that make you feel at home.

just finding the place in the first place was a bit of a challenge, take time to study a map before heading to the place and make it easier on yourself, sat nav not the best

It was 32 degrees outside at night, we had a small room with no AC and hardly any ventillation. Since it was only one window it was virtually impossible to get any air moving through the room. Mind you, nothing of this is unexpected. It's hostel standard, not five star hotel. We did not get less than we booked or paid for.

Location was excellent. You could hear city night life (not too loud) in the evening, and be woken by the rooster calling in the morning. Great crowd of people working there.

Great value-for-money hostel for short-term stays. It's located in a historic area close to the city center. The lady at reception was super nice. The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit small.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The room is cool and it has all the amenities that you need. The beds are super comfortable and if you don't like the pillows (in my case, I found them too tall), you can exchange them for the ones found in the wardrobe. The shower has soap in a dispenser so you can use as much as you need.

Andorra tends to be expensive, or at least when we were checking out hotels, but this one shaved a bit off the price but still not up to par with the value choices you occasionally find in other countries.

Good hot water and shower pressure. Smallish room size with decent size bathroom that had a window. Located within walking distance of pubs (downstairs), shops (5 minute walk) and restaurants. Friendly enough hostel staff that seemed to double as bar staff. I decent pub downstairs to have a couple of drinks and some food.

-Be aware, since the hotel is above a bar, there's some noise until some point in the night, but not too late (I think it stopped around 12-1am), so having earplugs would be best if noise disturbs you. However, with the windows closed it's not so loud, it's pretty okay. -Just be aware, the receptionist does not speak English but communication is possible either way.

-It was well-placed geographically -The bar downstairs was not bad at all, nice food, drinks and vibes -The room smelled amazing!! -It was so uniquely decorated, we loved that!

The only bad thing I can say is that I stayed the night of the game between Real Madrid and Liverpool on may 28 and it was quite noisy that night, too many people shouting late at night. But it's no big deal.

It is a sort of hostel with private rooms. I love the room decorations. Everyting worked fine. Staff was helpful. The bar downstairs is great for making friends.
