There was a strong scent of some sort of air freshener that really irritated my throat (I was slightly sick). But we opened the windows and it was gone fast.

It was quiet, comfy, clean, well equipped (hair dryer, kitchen tools etc.), and close to everyhing we were interested in but not in a busy area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

the only thing too warm , I we couldn't bring down the heating. It had a thermostat but we didn't manage to stop the heating.

Nothing really. Having to drive into La Massana for dinner is a bit of a drag, but the car parks all have 1hour free parking, so you don't spend much tbh

Location is really good, we travelled with our dog and in front of the appartement, there is a fenced garden to walk her. Also, there was a super cool trail to easily walk her. The staff was super friendly, the apartments are simple, but everything you need is there. There was even a small care package for our dog.

At the 2-bedroom apartment, the 2nd bedroom (2 bunk beds) is tiny no space for luggage, It would be too small for adults, (in our opinion).

Sep 2023. Good location (especially if you mobile & have a car) 2 parking lots are available at no charge. A very peaceful neighborhood. Washing machine & dryer on the ground floor (very convenient) We booked the 2-bedroom apartment, however, the 2nd bedroom (2 bunk beds) is tiny and wasn't suitable for our adult daughters. Miss Juani was very helpful & cooperative & upgraded us at no additional charge to the 3-bedroom apartment which was perfect!!! I assume that if you are looking for space for 4 persons, it would be good idea to book this 3-bedroom apartment in advance. Check-in-Checkout was easy & comfortable (key at the lock on the door's room). You are requested to: Leave the kitchen and dishes clean Remove the bed linen, throw the garbage at the end of your stay (which makes sense)

Everything! The apartment was in perfect conditions, the staff was very kind, good parking area and it's very easy to raech by car. Plus, it's very close to Andorra la Vella and lots of hiking places.

Shower was tricky to handle and apartment door can’t be locked from inside, which is a bit challenging with small children. However hotel staff is aware and working to solve both issues.

The outdoor compound with a playground and a swimming pool was great. Staff is very welcoming and friendly; quickly helped with everything needed. Free parking and great views from the balcony.

Second bedroom very small with a window that faces a wall. No natural light. Sofa rather uncomfortable.

The bed was SO uncomfortable! Because we stayed out of ski season, the walk to the nearest restaurant was not short and many of the restaurants were unexpectedly shut (Google thought they were open!).

The front desk was so amazingly helpful. They booked activities for us, gave us information as required and were generally really brilliant. The pool was beautiful and not too busy. The restaurant/bar next to the pool were convenient and served decent food. The accommodation was big enough and quiet. We had stayed in a number of other places in Spain beforehand and this was significantly better value for money than anywhere else. You should totally go to the Caldea Spa in Andorra La Vella if you stay here - it's incredible!

Great apartment in a good location! Plenty of free parking available. Apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of pots and pans and everything you could need for self-catering. The staff were very friendly and provided lots of useful information about the local area via whatsapp. The view from the balcony was great too. We will definitely stay again if we are back in Andorra!

Simply everything. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Low key no fuss approach, very relaxing in a beautiful and peaceful part of Andorra. Great for families and I'd love to bring my grandchildren here for a holiday. Spotlessly clean and spacious, well equipped apartment, supremely comfortable beds. Park with pool as part of the complex with excellent parking make this a must stay if in Andorra

The living area is quite small for 6 people. There is only one sofa that sits 2 people so if you will be spending lots of time as a group in the apartment it isn't great for socialising
