Staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Particularly Elijah and Aaron (apologies if misspelled) along with a lady whose name I missed. Location couldn't be better in a great building. Had a comfy, quiet, well appointed room. Would happily stay again, thank you for a highlight stay of our trip.

We had an incredible stay - the cabin was spacious yet cozy, nestled amidst redwoods and patches of sunlight. Dar was absolutely wonderful, always offering excellent recommendation, and was very accommodating when we decided to extend our stay by another evening. An intimate and beautiful experience, would 100% recommend!

Set in Napa, 2.5 km from Napa Valley Wine Train, The Knoll Hotel Napa Valley, Tapestry Collection by Hilton offers accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a garden and a restaurant. The rooms were very quiet (at least at the end of the hallway where our room was located). This is quite unusual for american hotels in my experience, so big plus for that. The bathroom was really beautiful, nice shower. The room was quite spacey, and the staff was friendly.

I had a special request and they were able to accommodate me. Also, restaurants and wine tasting venues are within walking distance. I also liked that checkout was at noon.

The reception area was inviting, the staff were all very friendly but not overbearing, the room was huge, and the the bed/bedding was so comfortable. The shower was heated and the amenities were all very nice, and we loved the comfy robes. We also loved the breakfast options (especially the English muffins!), and the restaurant staff were so friendly. Parking was easy and ample, and the tacos at the market across the street were tasty! The owner/management seem to have thought of everything a guest would want/need! Definitely would stay here again (anytime, but especially when the weather is better).

Our room was beautiful with large bathroom and huge tub! Staff were amazing and special treats in our room for celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary! Great location downtown Napa. Shops & restaurants within walking distance!
