Clean rooms and very quiet - we were in one of the rooms to the back that we requested. Room is quite large and airy, with a good bed and decent bathroom. Nothing much special, but we really appreciated the parkette floor instead of carpet. Given prices in Santa Cruz and vicinity, the hotel's location and rooms, it's a decent price-quality ratio.

Location and last minute price

Sai, the staff at the counter, was very friendly and welcoming us when we were checking in. The hotel room has equipped full which meets all of our needs, and is very clean also. It is a great choice for us. We will stay there again if we go there again no doubt. Highly recommended. A decent hotel.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, quiet safe location 15 minutes walk to the beach

The property was clean and welcoming. Plenty of space for all to enjoy. The pool was right outside our door. Perfect for a Mama with active kiddos. Pet friendly, my Little dog had so much fun as well.

Walking distance to the wharf and Santa Cruz board walk. The pool is salt water and enjoyable

5 min on foot -close to the beach. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed. The host is very nice.

This hotel was PERFECT. The view from the room (3rd level) is just incredible. Very clean, big and comfy beds, exceptional shower. Parking is very secure and at the property. The hotel also had a pool and complimentary popcorn, and coffee. It is located right across the beach and pier with many restaurants and cafes.

Wonderful welcome, and it was OK to park our car even though we arrived a couple of hours before check in, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable and we had a view of the beach and the sea. The Inn is in a great spot for visiting the pier (there was a free love music event the night we got there, it was fabulous), and for the coastal path along West Cliff Drive. Would definitely stay again.

It's minutes away to the boardwalk

Remodeled rooms are really nice, simple attractive decor, nicer than many hotel chain decor, which was very nice in the evenings, relaxing. Close to the beach.

We chose this for its location, right next to the boardwalk, but the motel itself is great too. Nothing super fancy, but we really liked the room, and the staff was really helpful

The room was an ocean view and stunning! Large space and immaculate. An unobstructed view of Sunrise/sunsets was amazing. Pricepoint extremely reasonable during the week. I absolutely loved opening my door and sitting in comfy chair on balcony looking out on beach.

Walking distance to Boardwalk. Walk felt safe even at 10pm.

Location, location, LOCATION! And the room size was amazing!
