Great food, vegetarian options. Attentive staff. Basic, but clean bathroom with hot shower. Wifi at communal area. And we loved meeting the Elefant at the campsite while feeling totally safe.

Located 13 km from Kyambura Game Reserve, Lights of kazinga orphanage and homestay offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden. This is an amazing home stay. They run an orphanage and do incredible work for the community. They built the guest housing to help with the projects but they go way beyond to make your stay amazing. The staff is so incredibly nice and really do everything to make the stay a great experience. The room is great. The balcony is perfect after a long game drive day to chill and enjoy the fresh juice and good food. Highly recommend staying there.

Songbird Safari Lodge & Campsite features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Katunguru. Exceptional experience at songbird safari lodge. The location, where elephants walk close and even through (!) and where other animals can be seen in the garden at night, is totally awesome. Everybody there (Goritta, Anington, Mbabazi) is so helpful for any service, wishing to make all at the best. The accommodation and the meals (with great ceremonial from Mbabazi) are wonderful. More than highly recommended !

With Queen Elizabeth National Park reachable in 8.5 km, Tembo Safari Lodge offers accommodation, a restaurant, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. It was an outstanding experience. The rooms were huge, very nicely decorated, with beautiful view on Kazinga channel, the staff was very friendly, amazingly helpful and really cared about us. The helped us to organize the boat experience, and also sent back my glasses that I left in the room. The food was delicious. It was our best stay in Uganda. This is a place with a soul, where you feel alway welcomed.
