He and his team made us feel like at home. One of the best vacation experience at a ski resort that have 6 ski courses, available instructors for a fee, ski rental and storage areas on site. All inclusive meant all meals , drinks, and domestic alcoholic bevs., ski passes. Restaurant, lobby, bar, sitting areas by fireplaces have all friendly servers, bartenders, cooks and managers. Clean rooms, restaurant and lounge areas.Great hospitality on all levels. We will definitely visit again 🤗

The location is perfect, the staff is really helpful and professional, i'm traveling by motorcycle from Italy and the staff let me park in front of the hotel, also there is ALWAYS staff at the reception; which was good for asking informations and i didn't have to worry about my motorcycle being stolen. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase at the reception.
