Attractively located in the center of Trabzon, MELL City Hotel Trabzon has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. ALL. The location can’t be better, it is literally on the city center! And walking distance to a beautiful park on the Black Sea coastline. Everything was immaculately clean, the bed was comfy, the view from the room is amazing (half city view half sea view). What I like the most is the people work there. Oykan the owner was so nice and friendly, he was so helpful and treated all the guests like old friends, which I really appreciated. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which actually not included. I can feel that he is doing business with heart that making your stay really at home. Icher and Biret was also sweet and helpful, you can get all the information you need from them. Icher helped me to print some travel documents which was so saving my time. And he always asked how my day went and we usually have a good convo. Really welcomed and you can get the homey feeling staying at Mells. They also have day trip to Uzungol and Ayder (beautiful places). If you travel to Trabzon, I highlu recommend this place. Or just staying at Mell’s is already a valid reason to travel to Trabzon. ;)

The breakfast provided was absolutely amazing - delicious food and a wonderful way to start the day. What really stood out to me, though, was the incredible hospitality of the staff. The owner, Mr. Hassan, was incredibly helpful, supportive, and friendly. He made sure that any request I had was promptly taken care of. The staff in the restaurant and cafe, especially Mr. Faleh, were also always smiling, helpful, and eager to ensure I had a great experience. I felt like I was being treated like part of the family during my stay. The warm, caring atmosphere of the hotel was truly special. The amazing food at the restaurant and cafe was just the cherry on top.

If you want to visit Amsra and the Black Sea region but are put off by the outdated, overpriced hotels along the coast - I highly recommend staying in Bartin and visiting from there (20 minutes drive). Kaf Konak is a gem of a hotel, with a beautiful garden and a restaurant with full bar (which can be difficult to find in the area). Rooms are on the small side but beautifully furnished and restored in line with the historic nature of the building. If I come to the area again, I hope to stay at Kaf Konak again!
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel's location, view, cleanliness, comfort is at the highest level. We have been in the Black Sea region for 4 days, the best hotel we stayed in, the best view. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. breakfast is adequate

Wonderfully set hotel with very helpful and responsive staff. The breakfast room is particularly lovely, and has a good spread.

A moderned furnished 4 star hotel in Trabzon, I enjoyed staying in this hotel and definately will come back.
Wonderful hotel on the water at the quiet end of town. Staff were excellent and obviously well trained. Breakfast was great. Our room was right on the sea front with a balcony. There are 6 of the rooms. Others are closer to the pool. Loved it all.
The location was great because has a very nice view, their breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful
Cleanliness and hospitality of staff
I had an amazing stay at the Bata Apartment. Bata and Tamila were incredibly friendly hosts who made me feel right at home. Their two adorable dogs, Chapie and Charlie, added to the welcoming atmosphere. The apartment's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and a great restaurant. My room was clean and offered a beautiful sea view. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus. I highly recommend the Bata Apartment for a wonderful and comfortable stay.
