The staff is the best I’ve ever met - William and Alejandra work tirelessly throughout the day and are always at your service. Brenda, one of the owners, made us feel like family and even took us around the city to show us around!

Excellent service. I sprained my ankle on a hike earlier that day and we only inquired if they had an ice machine. 10 minutes into our room the front desk lady brought me a bucket of ice. Great service all around though. And security was legitimate.
