We loved everything as you can see. However the "no view" room was a bit disappointing for the price that we pay. The property is a bit overpriced but then it is understandable considering other hotels prices at Jabal Akhdar. I would support this business a little more because of its local ownership and full involvement of the investors along with the location, rooms and concept.

The hotel is great and beautiful. The view from hotel is amazing. Staff are kinds. Room was big and clean. Bed was comfy. Balcony with great view. Food also tasty. If i go back to jabal akhdar i will stay here again because this is best economy beautiful nice hotel there compared to others which are highly priced

The room balcony looks out to a small grassland, on which there're donkeys and goats, and the sunset view was superb. The a la carte dinner we had in the restaurant was quite good The surroundings are well maintained to make guests feel comfortable. Staying on the Jabal Akhdar overnight is magnificent

Alila Jabal Akhdar is one of our favorite hotels globally ! Staying here the second time because of the incredible location, the excellent facilities including the superb restaurants. Comfortable balcony with view to the gorge is gorgeous. Very friendly staff.

The location is amazing and the staff is very welcoming. 5 minutes from the hotel you can start the “4 villages trail” which is a very nice hike on the mountain of Jabal Akhdar

Real, not fake hospitality, enthusiastic, well trained staff, very professional and fast service, professional advice, very good contact with waiters, villa host and reception, stunning mountains and canyon views, fabulous heated swimming pool in villa, no single incident during stay. Total privacy respected by all staff is the hotel highest priority. Very interesting architecture designed to make guests happy. Very good signage of all places, easy to find any. Electric carts for those, who do not want to walk. Hotel is very expensive, but not overpriced, Perfect meals both served to room and in well designed restaurants, very tasty with unique combination of local flavors and ingredients, superb sweets and ice cream, fantastic fruit plates and generous information from staff about each meal. Location in the city is very convenient for those, who want to make small shopping, or use ATM, access within few minutes walk. All in all fantastic, relaxing, comfortable stay. Even unusual guest wishes fulfilled as far as possible. My rating is higher than 5 stars and I can recommend this hotel to everybody, who wants highest quality service and stay. I believe, that this Anantara hotel can be compared with level of Six Senses hotels.
