Hawea Hotel is located just 15 minutes' drive from the township of Wanaka and is set on the lake front of Lake Hawea. Amazing views of lake Hawea from our room. We arrived a bit late for dinner at the restaurant however the chef was able to accommodate us with a delicious dinner! Highly recommended.

Edgewater is located in Wānaka, only 1.2 mi from Wānaka town center. The property offers picturesque lake views, rolling green lawns, spas, a sauna, and a tennis court. Beautiful location beside the lake, and facilities were more than expected (free spa and sauna). The best part for me was how friendly and helpful the staff were - the best service I got during our 14-day trip around South Island

Located on 10 acres of gardens, Golfcourse Road Chalets and Lodge with lovely lake, mountain or golf course views. We liked everything. The beds were soft & comfortable, the bathroom is large & beautiful. The kitchenette has a washing machine, which was very useful. The location is quiet & close to town. We had a mountain view which was beautiful. The owners are very welcoming & lovely. My son enjoyed meeting Romeo the horse & feeding him.

The communication from the owner was fantastic and the room absolutely lovely. I truly wish we could have stayed there longer!
