All rooms have an unobstructed view to the beautiful landscape. The common areas are spacious and beautiful and perfect for relaxation. The staff was tremendous. The food was top notch. We booked a guided Sossusvlei tour, and we felt incredibly lucky to have such a knowledgeable and service minded guide as Natangwe. He really made our experience mind blowing and fun. We considered doing a self drive, but are glad we decided to go on a guided tour. I went for a sunset horse ride as a total beginner. Thanks to the great horse trainer and TK who arranged the sunset experience (and the fact that I was the only one attending) this became another highlight of the stay. It is about 30 minutes from the gate. This turned out to be no problem at all.

Located in Duwisib, Duwisib Guest Farm provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a restaurant. the location of the lodge is incredible, the lodge itself is surrounded by lavender bushes and palm trees, the rooms are big and bright, the pool is perfect with sun-beds under a pergola. they kindly prepared a toastie for us for lunch which was delicious. dinner was all home cooked and was simple and tasty. highly recommend this lodge as a stop off for the long drive to canyon.

Beautiful spot (in the middle of nowhere), good food, nice spacious rooms/cottages. The staff is very friendly and helpful, special thanks to the sweet management team. You are amazing.

The suites are facing to small man made lake, nice green grass all around with small pool. Nice restaurant facing to the animals. The animal feed time are amazing, as well as staff attitude are sincerely makes us feel comfortable. Must see safaris as well.

Le Mirage Resort & Spa is a unique desert oasis located 62 mi from Solitaire, Namibia. It offers luxury accommodations and gourmet dining. what a magical place. this fort like hotel was in the middle of the desert. The rooms were spacious and looked out onto the desert. sitting and watching the oryx every afternoon was a highlight. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The dinners were fabulous as well. the location is perfect for hot air ballooning and visiting Sossousvlei. What a gem in the desert.
