The hotel was more than I expected since I had stayed there some 20 or more years ago. They have remodeled it beautifully and it is right in the center of Taxco.

Casa Jaguar is a little oasis, green, well kept, with tasteful decoration and super friendly and helpful staff. While my stay was very short, I would definitely go back there if I went to Acapulco again.

Hostal Villa San Francisco offers meditation and relaxations techniques, Colonial-style architecture and a swimming pool. Easy access as it is not in downtown and just half a block from road. Just 15 min walk to downtown and avoid traffic jams. it has its own small parking lot. Personal very kind and helpful. rooms are kind of basic but very clean. Good rest after a long walking day.
