The entire fort area is walking distance. The property is a lovely quaint property with 7 rooms only. Newly built hotel so rooms and facilities are in excellent condition. Muhumad the manager there took excellent care of us during our 2 night stay.

Nice, small and quiet place, very clean and friendly staff. Beautiful rooms with all what you need. Comfortable and relaxing place, good food. Beach in front of the hotel and you can have nice beach walk in the morning or evening. They even have massage in the hotel and it is good. They also have tuk tuk to drive you to places around. And a small lovely dog puppy.

Our stay at Villa Thamburu was absolutely perfect. The villa is absolutely beautiful and the facilities / rooms are fantastic. The staff are the biggest asset - they were so attentive and made our stay really special by always going above and beyond for us. The restaurant is also brilliant and we particularly loved the garden and pool areas. It feels really private and luxurious so we could not ask for more.

In the hotel, there are rabbits and it is especially cute how you can feed them. There also different animals like lizards and monkeys. In this hotel there is also a big pool, plenty of nature and delicious food and kind service. In every room there is an air conditioner and fan to keep comfortable temperature. Overall it is a great place to rest! If you want to go swim you have to walk or you can go by tuk tuk 🛺. The beach is clean and the water is warm, plus you can sometimes see turtles and crabs.

The hotel staff always took care of me and that is the greatest value of this place. Additionally, the location could not be better, in the heart of Galle Fort. Beautifully decorated interior and large, comfortable, and stylish rooms with all the necessary facilities made my stay pleasant and relaxing. The food in the restaurant is excellent, delicious, balanced and for all tastes. I would especially like to point out the polite and helpful general manager Mr. Chamika and a very kind Mr. Rizwan in the restaurant. They made my stay in Galle unforgettable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
