The hotel truly exceeded my expectations! As a female solo traveler, I couldn't have made a better choice. Everything inside the hotel and the room was very new, clean and beautifully decorated. My room had everything I could possibly need. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant and everything was delicious (don't miss the pancakes in the morning). For dinner, the staff recommended something local and it was also delicious. It was very peaceful when I visited, so I also enjoyed staying by the pool until late with a drink and my book. Everyone was friendly and very very helpful. The hotel offers transportation from/to the airport at a reasonable price. They also rent their cars (again for a reasonable price) for day trips around Goa which was very useful as I was travelling alone and I had to see everything in a limited amount of time. I hope to be back very soon!

We arrived at the area at around 2 am and she really waited for us and make sure we settled in along with her staff. We love the refreshing ambiance and a peaceful place to be in. There are more future plans for the place that we look forward to such as stargazing, BBQ place, camp fire and many more great ideas that she shared with us in the morning. Surely a one night stay isn't enough for such a great place like this. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Goa.

Anjuna is big and it’s a walk for someone who doesn’t have any form of transport. The beach is not worth coming for if you’re traveling this far just to experience a nice beach. Since this is part of Goa, the local government with the help of the private sector should address the issue of these stray dogs which have controlled the streets of the town. Not just Anjuna but all the beaches of Goa.
The property is decent. But I think when you are on a special vacation property is only a small part of your experience, especially in Goa. I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with my wife. The staff here has a bad attitude. We booked through booking.com. The owner kept pushing us to pay advance and after we did she was not available to answer our queries. Apparently, she's busy. When we arrived she gave us an alternate no. and these guys started arguing on the phone itself. Here for most of the things you ask for, the answer will be "no". You are suppose to clean your room. They'll give you a soap and towel only if you ask, and would take 2 hrs for it. But meanwhile, they'll do chitchat with foreigner guests. They promised hot water but there was none! We asked for it and waited for half an hour to finally make peace with cold shower, all 3 days we stayed there. They won't serve you breakfast items in lunch or with evening tea. I asked for toast and butter they said no, eventually served me "toast and butter with exotic cheese on the side". The property and the quality of food was good, but we could not enjoy it because of the disappointing service from the staff. The most disappointing thing was their good and pleasant behaviour ONLY with the foreign guests. Their coordinator told us on the day of checkout that we should have contacted him about the hot water problem. In case we visit agonda next time we would definitely look for a place with a better service on such a beautiful beach!
Clean beach with a relatively better crowd than rest of Goa. A beautiful ocean , you can go for a dip for a longer length as the sea is much calmer. Beautiful sunset! Amazing beach shacks and restaurants esp Presley's, cafe inn, brendons , royal touch, ciarans.
Best place to unwind in Goa if you have calmness and solitude in mind. Don't miss Dropadi for awesome food. Can give the boating option a skip. Just relax on the beach.
Palolem is a charming town, loads of places to eat on the beach for luxury or off the beach for a bit more of a budget. Great seafood. The market area is nice, there are loads of shops with a charming beauty salon (maybe one of the only ones you can find in south Goa!!) with lovely ladies. The prices of things are more expensive than other parts of India, but generally Goa is more expensive. WARNING ⚠️ Avoid the shop/shack with a guy, a sewing machine and 'changing room' (thin curtain and mirror) at the back of his shop. He is a creepy mother fkr and I wouldn't step in his shop. He's very short with paler skin and a Moustache (this was in March 2018) and took advantage of his 'changing room' facilities as some kind of peep show! its a shame because I liked the clothes in his shop!! There is a lovely cafe called 'Little world' that do very stylish veggie and vegan breakfast/brunches and special juices and lassies. The atmosphere is peaceful in there and although it's slightly more expensive than others, the staff are lovely and you can ask for custom made juices depending on your energy or health. They also have the best oil perfumes I found in Palolem. Pure and not diluted just ask behind the counter ;) There's a another place called 'Brown Bread' on the main road that do a Cheaper but decent breakfast/brunch, less luxurious but tastey and good if you're on a budget.
It's Beaches are beautiful. Friendly people around. Total 100 percent Goan restaurants around. Try Johnny and Roger .they both had amazing in food . And it was amazing. You could either jus lazy in the beach and have few beers or just walk around the coastal area .
One of the must visit place in Goa. This is heaven for peace lovers and away from the crowd. You can spend maximum time in the beach after having your dinner in the Shacks. Rainbow restaurant at Morjim served good food at reasonable price.
Palolem is a small village but not anything like remote. It has a small market where you can get beachwear, slippers, food, booze, handicraft souvenirs etc. Palolem is away from the tourist crowd of North Goa. A traveller should make it a base camp and then explore nearby areas such as beaches further down south, Cabo de Rama, and even Panjim.
Very crowded place has lost the charm of Goa...would suggest candolom nearby much more nice and cleaner place to stay with better hotels.

Beautiful stay! Hotel Aariv Inn is a perfect place to stay in Goa. It is close to the Baga beach The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel Aariv Inn again. The price performance ratio is very good."

Our Goa Trip was truly memorable coupled with the stay at the wonderful Casa Anjuna Hotel. A boutique hotel and a well maintained heritage property, it was a great place for relaxation amidst the lush green, beautifully maintained gardens all around the hotel. Would like to highly appreciate the behavior, support and services of the hotel especially Mr. Sameer (Manager), Hrithik, Lalit and Devidas who impressed us with their brilliant hospitality.
The staff all very friendly and polite. Praveen (GM) very helpful and guided me through the hotel. The other members of the hotel, Rupesh (FOM), Sumit & Prity (Restaurant), and finally Sonham & Balram (house keeping) were great and I am very grateful for the services they provided during my stay. Hotel is nicely located close to many restaurants and also on walking distance to the beach. Rekha in the reception is very helpful and available and acted quickly when on arrival the bedsheets and towels were not clean, when the A/C stopped working, when the water was missing one day, and also assisted with moving around in Goa. She really keeps the hotel together.

I had a pleasant experience at Hostel Mandala. It's located at a prime location near Anjuna beach and one can enjoy the view of the beach from the Hostel terrace. The staff is pretty welcoming and there's a friendly atmosphere. It's value for money and I would highly recommend this place if one is visiting North Goa.
This place is an oasis in the storm of Goa. Would 100% stay again. Staff very attentive of all your needs and nothing was any trouble. Room very comfortable, pool was great. The Hotel is hard to find if you are new to Goa. But it's because it's a new property. But once you reach you will find a beautiful property. Food is excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious. No regrets.
