The hotel was sited in the south east part of Bintan. We came as a group and stayed in the bottom floor of small houses. There were a separate sitting room and bedroom. Everything was nice and tidy. At this time we were lucky with good weather otherwise our impression would be different. The common swimmingpool and and pool bar was also nice. There were a lot of different water activities to choose from when having high tide. Also the breakfast and food was good with high quality.

Room was just good, spacious enough, clean. Breakfast was most excellent, one of the best I've seen (and I've seen a lot). This hotel on Bintan is just very good. I noticed it had that reputation on the island, that's also why some friends recommended it to me, and the hotel certainly lived up to its reputation. Staff is very nice and helpful, the ones at the desk, as well as the people at the bar and kitchen. I can't imagine anything better on the island.

My family and I had the best experience ever in Natra Bintan Resort. The Amazing Hotel Event Team had gone extra miles to make the birthday event extra special. The price we paid for is definitely worth it! Excellent service and hospitality! I'll definitely make plans to go back to this awesome resort! "Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and customize as per your choice.. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to Bandar Bintan port . I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back there.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There are supermarkets nearby and it's close to the Sri Bintan Pura ferry terminal. The hotel staff picked us at the terminal and the staff were helpful and polite. There is a small garden in the hotel as well. There is a food court just opposite the hotel but there are no vegetarian options. There are other vegetarian eateries at a walking distance.

Very modern and clean. Very good management. We’ve stayed big resort with much higher rate but the every stanard and management style didn’t meet international standard. This place takes very good attention to service and quality details compared to other hotels in batam and bintan. Staffs are nice too.

Cassia Bintan is my favourite place in Bintan. We stayed there for more than 5 times and we are always coming back. Everything was easy - pickup, check-in. Amenities are very good, hotel rooms still look new. Pool and beach are walking distance from your hotel. Finally, very affordable price.

The resort is located at one of the best beaches in Bintan. Rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel has one restaurant that serves a decent variety of cuisine. Breakfast is decent including several made to order fare. The hotel accommodated both early check in and late checkout.

Breakfast was good and the staffs are able to cater to our special diets' requests. There was a 20 minutes tour of the hotel which give us an understanding of the hundred years old ship. Great place to view sun rise and set. I will definitely be back if I visit Bintan again.

We stayed at 5 different hotels on Bintan and this was the best by far. Great staff, exceptionally clean and lots to do. Very good breakfast.

Nice sea front hotel, located 45 min from Bintan resort ferry terminal. Super friendly and nice staff. Food OK, room OK.

Absolutely fabulous hotel! The personnel all very kind, talkative and friendly, always ready to help. The facilities are gorgeous as is the location also. Beach kept clean by an efficient cleaning crew. Pool assistants very attentive and cheerful. Special mention to Kassyr the hilarious buggydriver, Kristin the spa masseuse with the most relaxing way of treating a customer and Amirah at Treetops always smiling and making us feel special! All of you made our 25th wedding anniversary trip a memorable one.

Nice resort sea front view and close to the beach. Friendly staff. Peaceful environment only can hear the sound of waves from the sea. There is 2 small local minimart just outside the resort.

Amazingly beautiful place - like a fairy tail. Staff fantastic. Beautiful dining facilities and superb food.
