We stayed in the giraffe room. It was very nice and clean, and we had a balcony overlooking the lake. Our room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is situated very close to the zoo, and we had the tickets to the zoo included in the price of the room. The staff was really friendly and nice. It was a great experience, and we will definitely come back.

We were in town to visit a sick relative, so we did not have the opportunity to use the spa services.
