We arrived very early, like at 9 in the morning but after explaining that we drove all night and my husband just wanted to nap in the car on the parking lot for an hour or so... they opened up our room..... diner everyday was amazing, over the top perfection, gorgeous garden.

The staff at the hotel is very caring and helpful. Everyone is working to make your stay as comfortable as they can (and I do mean everyone, from the receptionists, waitresses, the sommelier, the cooks in the kitchen). And they do it in a heartfelt, sincere, kind way. The wellness had everything we needed (sauna, jacuzzi, hot and cold water pools, solar beach room, hay therapy and salt room). Location is top-notch as the Eger spa is within walking distance and one can simply walk from the hotel directly to the spa. We really enjoyed breakfast (fresh bakery products and a good selection of options) and dinner (modern, well thought-out meals, very tasty I'd even say gourmet :) ). At last but not least, I'd give a shout to the wonderful musician who plays during dinner time, we liked it very much :).

Templomvölgy Resort Mátrakeresztes amid the Mátra Hills enjoys a scenic location surrounded by forests, 7.5 mi from the Mátraszentistván Ski Park, and offers you elegant rooms with parquet flooring,... Such an amazing place! It’s off the beaten path so you have to be intentional about choosing a stay here. We were in the area for the Easter celebration in nearby Hokollö and chose to drive 30 minutes to this spot for the night. Thrilled to arrive and receive an upgrade to a suite for the stay. Beautiful facilities. We also took advantage of the jacuzzi and thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was very nice! I recommend completely!!

We booked this hotel as part of our road trip in Hungary and were very happy with our choice. The communication with the hotel was great and smooth. I asked them to prepare a bottle of wine as a birthday gift and they did great with that including adding a note. Both breakfast and dinner were great, the wellness area was also great and there were many other activities at the hotel which made our stay more fun. The room was spacious and the location was also nice, very close to the natural park. Overall it was a great stay.

Great location and beautiful view from the room if you take the panorama view. The spa is well designed and clean with beautiful amenities. The staff is professional, competent and pleasant. The food at dinner was good and the breakfast delicious. The possibility to continue enjoying the spa after checkout is most appreciated. It was a great weekend escape.
