Amazing resort, very pleased with the house which was perfect and great value for a family of five. I really liked the set-up of having our own spacious house but combined with the facilities of a hotel, mainly a central lounge/cafe/ bar/ restaurant area. Very good taverna style food served in the evening.

Great place by the river, ideal to enjoy nature. Great choice if you want to visit all cities nearby (the iconic Metsovo, Giannena, Grevena). I loved the fact that the facilities are accessible, although in the mountain ❤️ They also had biiig towels which is something that I usually don't find in hotels. Also great hospitality from people in the reception.
Functional, comfortable and spacious apartment on the top (4th) floor. Close to the town centre of Grevena with its shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. The accommodation was an ideal base for us (a 50+ English couple) to explore the wonders of the local region for 5 days with our friend and local guide MM.

Very cozy hotel, located just outside the city of Grevena. A good value for money.
The location was excellent, the staff really helpful. Food was outstanding, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast every day, freshly made, lunch and dinner again freshly made on the premises. I can highly recommend Ziakas rooms for a lovely getaway from the city. The owners have put a lot of effort into making sure everything is of a high standard. Nothing was a problem, we were able to enjoy our coffee by the pool, it is ideal for families with small children but also people who are interested in exploring nature.
