Handcrafted Hospitality with world-class service at Lopota Lake Resort & Spa. The Resort is located in the heart of Kakheti region. stayed 5 nights. first booked for 3 nights to make sure that we like it. it was great and we prolonged 2 more nights. we did not have free time during 5 days, venue has lots of activities - tennis, pool, football and basketball statiums, bicycle riding, fishing, catamaran +++++ there are different type of restaurants - italian georgian, european... so with kids it is quiet good to have those choises. hotel upgraded my room from standard duplex to upper one and room was great with double batthrooms staff was great, handling any open question =) btw - you can do hiking to mountains without leaving hotel! fresh air, big lake, nice coffee.... only weekends are crowded, weekdays are amazing !!! enjoyed! many thanks to georgian friends!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with any queries and were incredibly warm and welcoming. The scenery was breathtaking; our room in the pottery-style accommodation offered stunning views of the Caucasus Mountains, allowing us to witness breathtaking sunrises amidst vineyards. The dinner was exceptional, with lamb and beef liver dishes being absolute highlights, complemented perfectly by their exquisite homemade red wine. However, what truly left a lasting impression was the breakfast spread – incredibly lavish, and enjoying it amidst such natural beauty was an unparalleled delight.

We've been to almost every high end hotel in Georgia's regions, this definitely stands in our top 3 list. The staff is very welcoming, Levan is very friendly, welcoming and he makes you feel at home. He's also a chef and the food made by him is VERY tasty. The view from our room was breathtaking. We will definitely visit again.
