The room was cosy & equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including: robes, slippers, toothbrushes, kettle, tea/coffee & a small fridge. The host Marika, couldn’t do enough to help us & she even left us a Paska over Orthodox Easter. The location couldn’t be better, right in the city centre. I honestly think this is the best place to stay in Kutaisi :)

Loved the beautiful view, peace and calmness that this chateau is offering! My chalet was perfectly situated inside the forest, and I felt really safe even when I stayed alone. The room was really cozy - I had one of my best sleep there! They have an amazing swimming pool and was perfect for the hot weather! Breakfast was really nice. The ambience and entertainment in their restaurant was very warm. Though the prices for their ala carte menu are on the higher side, their wine selection was excellent and the food was really delicious. Giorgi, Nika, Vakho and rest of the staff in their restaurant were friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay again if I get the chance to travel to Georgia!

The room is perfect - bright, a/c, great bathroom, comfortable beds with plenty of covers etc if needed, access to make tea/coffee all day, roof top sitting with views… We extended our stay for 2 more nights since we loved the hotel and the city so much. Quick walk down to the center of the city and usually, because of heat, a bolt taxi ride back up which was cheap enough. Overall a great hotel and city to relax in if you found the traffic and pace of Tblisi a bit fast.

Really cozy and quiet hotel with modern interiors in 5-7 minutes walk from the city center. The terrace, as it's mentioned in the title, is a key feature on the roof of the hotel. We enjoyed fascinating panoramic views from the balcony, fresh breakfast in the morning, lovely garden around the building, responsive and friendly staff. Definitely a great choice for a trip around Imereti region or a short stay on the way from Kutaisi airport to Tbilisi!
Commual Hotels is a true gem in Georgia and finally they have opened in Kutaisi. The quality in general and the attention to details is unmatched. Rooms are comfy and nicely decorated. The inhouse restaurant DOLI is the best in Kutaisi with an interesting interpretation of regional dishes. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. Will stay again for sure and I'll recommend it to anyone going to Imereti or Kutaisi.

We loved our room because the hotel has a perfect location in front of a nice park in the middle of the city center. The receptionist did their best whenever we had any requests. We highly recommend to ask for transfer service from/to the airport and to any other location, because our driver Jaba and his collegues were really kind and they got us to all our destinations. Their service was cheap, quick and got the maximum in all aspects.

Very big and nice place. Breakfast was good for us. At the beginning they said need to charge extra for our child but at the end they were very kind and all was settle without extra payment.
Great contact with an owner, lovely view from the garden. Home made breakfast was delicious. The room is comfortable, has a fast wifi and both heating and air condition. Bathroom is fully equipped, too. If you need a transport from the airport do not hesitate to order one with the hotel. The driver not only pick you up but also can offer any Georgian tours if needed. He can recommend best option for eating and drinking while staying in Kutaisi. Be sure to taste a wine, cognac or even vodka that are made by the hotel's owner. You can buy 1l bottles so be sure to have enough space in your luggage.
