Wayne , the front office manager snd all his staff were so helpful in getting me settled in a room after my luggage failed to arrived at Manchester airport. Wayne checked me in early snd even carried the heavy suitcase up to my room when it arrived. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and they even gave me a late check out . Stayed 4 days and honestly, everyone went above and beyond tomake me comfortable . A big hands up to all the staff at the Fortune hotel and the rooms weren’t bad either

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating from the moment we stepped through the door 2.5 hours early. We were attending a wedding so needed somewhere to get changed so they prepared our room for us so we could get settled before leaving for the wedding. Britannia has got a bad name and some of the hotels in the group are truly bad but this one is in a different league so don’t let the name put you off. Rooms are clean and in good repair, staff are very friendly and the meals are tremendous value, especially the buffet breakfast. It’s as good, if not better than some hotels at twice the price. One of my go to places when working in West Yorkshire
A lovely apartment which is perfectly placed in the city centre. It was well equipped with everything I needed. No road noise and a comfortable sleep. Will definitely be my go to place to stay in West Yorkshire!

Had the club room and very spacious and clean. Amazing shower and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. We was able to use the gym and swim facilities too which where excellent.
The building itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable! They do luggage storage and will give your drink credits for the bar if you choose to be green and not have daily service!
Prior to arrival, we had asked whether we could have a room in Walton Hall (on the island) which they were able to accommodate. It is a beautiful building with a lovely bridge to access. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, very good size, view overlooking the lake. Breakfast was good. Cannot fault the hotel.
