The hotel staff and service was first rate, everyone was friendly helpful and professional and very welcoming. The room was lovely, well designed spotless and the attention to every detail to make for a comfortable stay. I loved the bed sheets and the bath robe, so soft! The spa was great, very quite clean and well kept, the "sent" room is a must visit. The grounds are beautiful and you have very easy access to the town.

Great parking right across the street. Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and the self-service breakfast was the perfect option for me. The Merryburn - Rooms and Courtyard Studios is a few minutes' walk from Dunkeld and Birnam Railway Station at the gateway to the Highlands and is a listed Victorian building. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Studio apartment was perfect for us, with separate entrance, especially as we had our little dog join us. Will definitely come back!

I had a great stay at Balquhidder Braes. We rented a log cabin with a hot tub, and it exceeded our expectations. The hot tub was perfect - spacious and secluded, with the water at just the right temperature. The log cabin itself was very cozy, and the living room had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Definetly recommended!

Wonderful lodge in a remote location. The perfect start to a 16 day tour of Scotland. Hiking the Glen Clova area to Airlie tower, Castle Clova, and Glen Doll was the perfect way to adjust to the time change. Their restaurant staff are to notch.
Genuinely could not fault this place! It’s like a little piece of paradise and, despite having lodges either side of our lodge (we were in lodge 2) it felt like you were a million miles away from everything and everyone. Lodge was comfortable, cozy, romantic and immaculate and had every little home comfort you could need. The views were gorgeous and I can’t rate the hot tub high enough. I felt so relaxed from the minute I checked in and that feeling continued until the minute we checked out. Nikki was great at answering my billion questions in the lead up to our stay and was always polite and accommodating. If we could have stayed forever we would have. Highly recommend!
