Nestled in the picturesque Scottish Highlands, Fonab Castle, refurbished and opened in 2013, features luxurious rooms, scenic views, mature gardens, free WiFi, free parking, and 2 restaurants. Loved the spa and pool. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and we had the Best dessert ever! Caramel Toffee Pudim OMG too good! The chateau is lovely and the surround countryside is picture perfect.

Located in Dunkeld, Tay House is a self catering establishment with views of the River Tay. Tay House has a terrace at the back of the building with river views. Very warm welcome, friendly staff. Great parking right across the street. Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and the self-service breakfast was the perfect option for me. I already recommended Tay House to some friends. Thank you!

Providing free WiFi, The Crees Room only NO BAR OR RESTAURANT offers rooms in Abernethy, 21 miles from Discovery Point and 23 miles from St Andrews University. Very friendly and lovely atmosphere throughout the place. The room was very nice, comfortable and big enough to lay out the suitcases. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the food and service there as well. All of it at affordable prices. I can recommend a stay here without reserve.

Located in 1.5 acres of elevated grounds, 'Knockendarroch Hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from Pitlochry town center. The hotel is located on top of the hill of the beautiful town of Pitlochry. We stayed at the attic room, which is big, brighty and with views to the mountains. Everything was perfect: king size and comfortable bed and a little space with sofa and table. We liked the most the big salon on the ground floor of the house with its chimney and chesters, where you can relax just reading or drinking something before the dinner. The breakfast was superb, served on the restaurant, quiet and with nice views to the gardens. We stayed there only for one night in our way to Isle of Skye, but we have liked to have spent more time there!

This was the most personable accomodation that anyone could wish for. I was disappointed that I didn't book in for their 14 course tasting menu for the evening that we stayed there. We had a slightly early departure which they were more than happy to accomodate us with a very delightful & personal breakfast. The decor is delightful as are the owners & their staff.

Auchterarder
A super hotel amidst the scenic Perthshire countryside. From the moment I arrived I felt relaxed. Check in was very simple and my room was large, spotlessly clean, well equipped and really comfortable. The leisure centre with pool, sauna, steam room and jaccuzi was also really clean and well maintained. The grounds and surroundings are beautiful and clearly well groomed. Dinner was very good with a varied selection whilst breakfast was superb. This hotel is one of the loveliest I have experienced and I would recommend it to anyone.

Crieff Hydro is in an excellent location in Perthshire with lots of places to visit nearby. It is situated in beautiful grounds and we enjoyed walking around and admiring all the specular views. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was lovely - spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the food - there was lots of choice and it was of a high standard. The best part of our weekend stay was visiting the Victorian baths - a perfect place to relax and unwind.
Lovely Victorian hotel set in the beautiful Perthshire countryside. The room was fine for a few nights, bathroom was adequate but lacking storage. All staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel is within walking distance to Blair Castle which is superb both inside and out. It's close to The Old Mill which serves delicious home bakes and light lunches. Only a short drive from Pitlochry which is well worth a visit and also the golf club which serves good food and has lovely views.
Blairgowrie is extra nice with the river Ericht dividing it from Rattray. Great walking area and out door seating facing Wellmeadow and Patio within hotel. That area of Perthshire is very scenic and plenty golf courses for those who participate. It lies almost equidistant between Perth and Dundee at the foot of the Grampians. Tourism by car leads to many delightful places including Balmoral via Glenshee and Braemar. Pitlochry, short drive through Strathardle and Dunkeld

Ideal accommodation for 2 people and excellent base for visiting various locations around Perthshire with added bonus of being located in beautiful grounds of Gleneagles Hotel. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed accommodation. Very good communication with hosts and easy access arrangements. Nearest town Auchterarder and village Blackford simple to reach by public bus service with bus stop (at Gleneagles trades entrance) only 5 mins walk from property.

Excellent home from home apartment. We wanted to have a central base in Perth in order to visit all of the local tourist/ visitor locations of interest in Perthshire. It was the ideal choice, location wise for this. Owner was extremely helpful and provided excellent tips for visiting and dining out locally.. We highly recommend Cherrybank apartment as a base for business or leisure. Thank you so much for the lovely treats you also supplied for our arrival.
We found this Windsor Gardens apartment to be a very clean, comfortable and well-managed accomodation with excellent parking. Perfect quiet location in Gleneagles estate with it's amenities, excellent base for exploring Perthshire, Fife and the Trossachs. Glasgow and Edinburgh closeby for day trips. For golfers obviously the Gleneagles courses, but Blairgowrie and St Andrews aren't far away, and the local 18 hole Auchterarder course is a hidden gem.
Perfect location in the centre of Aberfeldy. Shops, cafés & pubs all in walking distance, as were the Birks of Aberfeldy for a lovely walk. The room was simple, but modern, tastefully decorated and adequate with a very spacious, modern shower room. The room also had great views over the rooftops to the Perthshire hills beyond. Lovely to sit at and watch the sun setting 🌄 Great breakfast too!
Auchterarder
I stayed in Gleneagles Luxury Apartments from Christmas Eve- Boxing Day. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The surrounding area is stunning; the apartment is located in the Perthshire countryside and only a stones throw from Gleneagles. It was the perfect Scottish getaway and we’ll definitely be back!
Pitlochry
Really impressed. Spacious, cosy, stylish accommodation in the perfect location for exploring Perthshire. Excellent value for money given that so many of the hotels etc in this area are unaffordable (for me anyway). The fact that they don't currently offer food is more than made up for by the Motorgrill next door where I had an excellent breakfast
Crieff
Quaint property with great facilities and welcoming host. Dining kitchen is very well equipped. Both bedrooms are en suite plus there’s an additional toilet and sink in utility room. Nice view of the hills from the lounge. Crieff is a good location for exploring Perthshire and this apartment provides a comfortable base from which to enjoy the area.
Pitlochry
This is a guest house / B&B with several rooms. It’s a nice grey stone building in a quiet but convenient location off the A9. It’s well set up, hotel style with rooms off main corridors. Breakfast is really well set up in individual “pods” for each room, and is very generous, with a friendly host. Highly recommend for a perthshire base.
The Lands of Loyal hotel is a great place to be and to relax. Great atmosphere which takes you back in time, lovely and friendly staff, and delicious food. Very comfortable, quiet and surrounded by beautiful Perthshire landscapes. This was our second time and certainly not the last one! For us simply perfect!

Despite arriving a bit late in the evening, I had a friendly and helpful reception and enjoyed a good dinner at this hotel. The breakfast of salmon and scrambled eggs was also very good. The location of the hotel is also convenient and easy to find in this wonderful corner of Perthshire.

The most amazing hotel in a fabulous location. The Tay River in this part of Perthshire makes a beautiful town into something special. The hotel is in a landmark location and it's restaurant is second to none. Amazing local produce with lovely service from lovely people.

The hotel is situated close to the centre of Perth. Handy for shops, galleries and theatres. Also the surrounding countryside in Perthshire is a short drive away. Lovely views of the River Tay from the hotel.
I've stayed in five star hotels, but they don't match Murrayshall. Everything was fantastic, staff very helpful. Everything spot on. The Perthshire scenery, just adds to the glamour.
Just wow! The nicest BnB I've stayed in. From the minute we were welcomed at the door we felt like honoured guests. Graham showed us the beautiful rooms, all so large and airy and all individually decorated with Karen's eye for colour and style. Karen is also a talented cook. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and beautifully presented. The guest lounge is a lovely place to chat to fellow guests and the gardens are lovely. The couple grow some of their own fruit and veg. It was lovely to wander around. In the morning Graham had printed out a detailed map of a scenic route to our next destination. Great waterfalls...thanks Graham.
