The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was fantastic. I needed to work while staying there, and the table/desk was perfect for my needs. The wifi was strong, too. Even though it's near a road, the rooms were seemingly soundproof. The carpet in the room was immaculate and seemed almost new. This sounds silly, but I've got a bit of a phobia of gross hotel carpets. The shower was clean and worked well. All in all, the room far exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, informative, and prompt at helping. I make trips to the area regularly, and I will definitely be staying again.

Set in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside,passing through the old village of Laxton.the facilities were excellent,heated outdoor pool and hot tub,felt like we were staying in a 5star hotel. The rooms were spacious,everything you needed and more even nail clippers! The showers were done to a high specification,felt really spoilt. The staff were lovely,always smiling and helpful. The food was delicious, great quality and good selection very reasonably priced. Cantvwaitvto go back.

I had previously stayed and found it superior to most hotels I’ve stayed in and quite reasonably priced. But it’s the staff that make every visit so pleasant. I spoke to a lovely lady on reception Polly, who immediately remembered I had been before and said she noticed I had booked for May also, my Grandsons birthday. When we arrived she had upgraded us to a family room. It’s these personal touches that will keep me coming back.

Everything was extremely well kept and the service was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was beautifully cooked and tasty, the room was lovely snd warm , we certainly recommend staying here to anyone, it was certainly a 5 star experience for us !!!
The treats and wine that were in the room on our arrival for my friends birthday. Later, a card was left in the room for her as well.....it's the little things that mean so much!
