Graceful and luxuriant, Pan Pacific London fuses together meaningful design, boundary-pushing wellbeing, and a myriad of dining and drinking destinations, all close to Liverpool Street Station in... The reception area, the restaurants, and the rooms were exceptionally well-designed. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff were also among the best I've experienced in London. However, this is a 5-star hotel, so these high standards didn't surprise me. What truly blew me away were the training facilities; they were outstanding!

Page8, Page Hotels is located between Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. It offers a merged communal lounge and part bar/part coffee shop. There is a small outdoor terrace and luggage storage space. Great location: opposite Trafalgar Square, walking distance to Oxford circus, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Leicester Square, Theatre District, Covent Garden and the list goes on. For attractions further away, the station was steps away and a bus stop was right around the corner. Taxis and Ubers were always available in the area as well. The facilities were very comfortable, modern furnishings, nice complimentary bar, great breakfast and coffee at the lobby cafe and a plethora of restaurants in walking distance. We had a little shower clog the first night and they came immediately to resolve once notified. Excellent, friendly and responsive team. Really enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was really good. Room itself was lovely, bathroom was really good standard and everything was clean and fresh. Area is lovely and has great history although roads were built for horse and carts and pavements narrow so today's traffic can be daunting at busy times. Staff were friendly. If you happen to want a pub/hotel in this region of Greater London, I would certainly reccomend it.
I have stayed here on previous occasions and once again thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were all friendly, professional and very able; the food was excellent. Grimsdyke House itself is filled with interesting architectural features and the hotel grounds are superb. It lies within Greater London but is surrounded by woods and farmland. Will definitely stay here again.

The K West is a really lovely hotel. I brought my boyfriend here for his bday and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and made our stay very special. We had a lovely cocktail at the bar, our room was great and very clean, and our treatments were SO good. The spa staff were also wonderful!

The overall experience of the hotel was the best we ever had in London; the service is exceptional, all thanks to the amazing staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, one of the rooms we got was recently renovated, but even the non-renovated room was very clean and well maintained. The views are fantastic and location is perfect. Breakfast was delightful, they serve the breakfast in two different restaurants, and the main restaurant (Vicinity) is really good for lunch or dinner with drinks. Overall we are very pleased, noting that this wasn't the first time we book here, nor will it be the last!
