Stirk House Hotel & Restaurant overlooks the historic Ribble Valley in the heart of rural Lancashire. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very comfortable and clean and it was also quiet. We enjoyed an excellent dinner on the night of our arrival in the restaurant and the breakfasts were very good also.

Check clerk was so kind and helpful. The bed super comfy, the shower had the best water pressure. You could stay in this little center the whole trip and have a lovely time! The property was clean and modern, with friendly and welcoming staff. The double bedroom I had was large enough for me, though I suspect a couple might have felt it a little cramped. it was also quiet at night. The bathroom facilities were good. There is a spacious car park. The property is about a 10 minute drive (or 30 minute walk) away from the Michelin-starred Northcote restaurant at Langho. The hotel makes a good base for touring the beautiful countryside of the Forest of Bowland, but a car is essential.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was exceptional! We stayed 3 nights & could happily stayed longer. Our room Suite No9 was beautiful and we’d definitely recommend it. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Stef the receptionist felt like your Aunty! Quiet location & little extra details were delightful. Food was delicious. Beautiful gardens too.
Everything was lovely, from the soap in the bathrooms to the decor to the food and drink, the lavander in the garden and lights in the dinning room. Comfy beds and accomodated dog perfectly while eating. Have already recommeded to others. Breakfast very generous and evening meal really tasty.

We had the warmest of welcomes on arrival by Richard, the host. Littlebank is a beautiful old house surrounded by wonderful scenery. Richard cooked us a good breakfast, plenty of choice. We only wish we had been there for more than one night.

It is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The owner and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was lovely, great room, fabulous breakfast and we would also recommend having dinner during your stay as our meal was delicious.
Very friendly staff, a good range of food for breakfast and an excellent menu for evening meal serving good quality "pub grub." Our room was quite large and very quiet. The bathroom has all of the usual facilities and everything was perfectly clean.

Location! Location! Location! Wonderful small inn located in a wonderful Yorkshire village. The inn can be reached by foot, bus or car. We walked there and enjoyed a delicious dinner before retiring to a really, lovely bedroom looking out over the Yorkshire Dales. Very clean. Very quiet. Very restful.
