With an unbeatable location right in the centre of the city, this hotel is one of the first choices for travellers. It is situated in 5-7 minutes walking distance from the bus station and City Hall, and 10 minutes taxi drive to the Lanyon Place train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a little misunderstanding about the exact type of the room booked, and the issue has been solved in the most professional way. Our Signature View King room was relatively spacious, and offered the promised view over the city skyline. It was handy to have a couple of bottles of complimentary water and a Nespresso machine with tabs supply. The bed deserves an extra mention - it was extremely comfortable.

From check-in to check-out, the service was outstanding. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent. The room was cozy and comfortable. It felt like every need was anticipated and accounted for. Overall, a superb experience that I plan to repeat on future visits.

Absolutely cannot fault this hotel, the staff or the trip as a whole. Staff were so friendly and helpful, we had a huge room with great facilities were just made to feel so welcome.
