We were pleaseantly received at the hotel door (a bit confusing on how to get in or call) and appreciated having our bags taken to the toom while I parked the car. The tea/beverage room was promptly attended to when we came back from dinner. Our hostes was wonderful.

We had clean, big room, ski room, place is dog-friendly, you have 2 minutes to ski-lift or every 30 minutes bus to La Rosiere. 1 minutę far away you have restaurants, ski shops and you can also rent you equipment. We could stay till 12 AM so we profited for maximum from our weekend.

We were on a motorbike trip through Col de la Croix de Fer and Col du Glandon in the area. This hotel has a beautiful location at the ski slopes of Saint Sorlin d'Arves, and panoramic views to the mountain range. The rooms are made in old Savoie-style which makes them very nice, the food is great (we had a dinner and breakfast there) and the staff is very friendly.
The cleanliness and the staff. The bed was comfy and the blankets were warm. The hotel is in a good location too but the garage is somehow difficult to get in and out--which is not really convenient. And the hotel location on a steep slope makes it hard to park outside. Anyway that is Savoie so it is not unexpected.
Stayed in the summer, and (when clouds cleared!) some stunning views and scenery. We stayed in the summer, but can see this would be beautiful in the winter as well, with snow covered slopes and roofs. Nice shop in the residence, and town very close for restaurants, larger supermarket and obligatory gift shops. Didn't use them, bit seemed to be plenty of sports shops renting skis and equipment. Saw plenty of busses on mountain roads, and bus stop right outside entrance, so guess you don't need a car to get there.
The restaurant of the hotel was fantastic, service as well. The views and gardens were stunning. I really recommend this place for the weekend escape.

Perfect place to relax. We were there for 4 nights. Lovely location on the lake Fantastic, well run pool and spa. Great access from 9 am to 22 pm. Wonderful staff. Large room and nice balcony with lake view. They complied with requests for fragrance free/hypo- allergenic room. Assisted with getting cab rides to and from train station. Would love to return.
We stayed several times in Maison Rouge. As always a very comfortable stay. We can also recommend the restaurant. We had a good dinner.
It’s location and local facilities where excellent. Feclaz is a super village and caters for all - walkers, bikers and lake swimmers (bottom of mountain)

it’s location was superb, we were given a good room with a spacious balcony and there was room for the dog.
The rooms were big and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Toys and books in the Reception area. Ski hire and Spar shop on the same complex. Moving walkway was easy for beginners.
Beautiful accommodations! So welcoming fir children. Playground below the tree house, nett beds and hot tub!
Wonderful location and easy parking. The hotel maintains the special character of the fishing site and has a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed a good dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately the weather was poor so we could not enjoy eating in the nice outdoor patio area.
