Hotel Torre Zumeltzegi is located in Old Town of Oñati, in the beautiful Basque countryside. This restored 13th-century property offers a garden and charming rooms with free Wi-Fi. Morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the valley was very special. We had both lunches at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. A comfortable room with great views. But one of the best things were the staff. So friendly, helpful and happy even though it was obvious they were working very hard.

This restored 13th-century tower is located in Oñati, 30 minutes’ drive from Vitoria. The old building was renovated in 2020 (as we were told) and became the beautiful hotel with everything new and modern. We liked the modern style, furniture, new technology everywhere, everything is clean. TV has Netflix 🥳 In lobby you can use Nespresso machines 24 hours. The next door restaurant serves breakfasts and dinner with meat and fish grilled prepared with a high standard! The place is surrounded with a mountains, fields, vineyards, river… Everything is green and the air is fresh!

Situated in Oñate, 7.1 km from Sanctuary of Arantzazu, Soraluze Hotela features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Great place to stay, very quite area with a lot of trees, golf course and the best of all is that it is in the mountains. Staff were very courteous and help me to get a safe place out of the rain for my motorcycle. Restaurant and food was great.

Set 9 km from Oñati, close to the Sanctuary of Arantzazu, Hotel Sindika features heated rooms with TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout and private parking is available on-site. We had a great time here at this very scenic location. Although we booked a basic room, there was a fantastic view out to the mountains from the small balcony. The room on the smaller side but was neat and tidy and excellent value. We ate at other restaurants for dinner but the breakfast was good and reasonable value.

Located in the countryside 45 minutes' drive from Vitoria, Santuario de Arantzazu offers wonderful mountain views. All rooms offer free Wi-Fi, TV and a private bathroom. Great location, kind staff and excellent facilities

Featuring garden views, Bergartxe Geltokia is located in Legazpia, around 19 km from Sanctuary of Arantzazu. This accommodation I found on Booking.com was an absolute jewel of a place. Modern structure but didn't look out of place on the hillside. All the local information was ready for us when we checked in. Pamphlets in English and easy to follow. Recommended restaurants to eat at , places to go, things happening at the weekend locally. Shout out for Fermin, he was a gem to meet and greet us.

Kukuma Etxea Habitaciones con derecho a cocina is situated in Galarreta. Guests wishing to travel lightly can make use of towels and linens. The country house offers a terrace. This was the most beautiful, stylish, calm place I have ever been. The perfect mix of old and modern. And the owner is super nice. A must see!

Situated in Escoriaza in the Basque Country region, Casa Rural Areano has a patio and Aizkorri-Aratz natural park views. This country house features free private parking, a shared lounge and free... The owner is an exceptionally nice guy who takes great care of his guests!

Casa Rural Arregi is set in a tranquil area 3 km outside Oñate and enjoys panoramic mountain views. The property has a garden with BBQ facilities and shared lounge with TV and fireplace. Great place to stay, owner is very accommodating.
