The resort is located in the middle of Jizera Mountains, a few steps to cross-country track. Overall, the stay at the resort was great. One feels like somewhere in Austria, due to the style of the exterior of the buildings. The price corresponds to the services offered, the wellness is really at a great level and the ski trail right next to the hotel is a great thing.

As always everything was perfect. This is probably the best hotel in Jizera Mountains. And the restaurant is definitely the best I have ever been in the Czech Republic.
This hotel is a 'best kept secret', it takes you out of the daily modern life to go over 100 years backwards in the Art Nouveau years, in the great development times of Liberec in the Austro Hungarian empire. All the furniture, the breakfast room (and breakfast buffet which is excellent), the lift... there is a little bit of the 'Budapest Hotel' movie in there. In the bedroom, the beds are more than comfortable, the view on the beautiful city hall square is the best view in town, service is friendly, and lastly, a spacious secured parking has direct access to the hotel if you come by car for less than 5 Euros a night.
Because we had a booking glitch the manager here very generously upgraded us to the Grand Imperial Pytloun downtown as we came in late in the evening so this rating is based on this hotel
We were upgraded to a studio type room which was spacious and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and so helpful especially Marta and Matty. They spoke good English as well. It's a km walk from tram stop. The view and surrounding was breathtaking. Breakfast was good. We didn't try out the wellness facilities though. Ještěd was few stops away by tram.
Magnificent place, with atmosphere, tasty and lot of options to choose from for the breakfast, dinners as well. The wellness was excellent with natural cooling place. Overall nothing was a problem, the personal was very heplful. And the bonus is, the pets are welcome there too.
There was so much to do, we couldn't fit it all in during a weekend. The nostalgia restaurant exceeded our expectations for quality of food.

Breakfast was great - it was not huge, but very tasty. The rooms are very clean, so are the bathrooms. The hotel is on the last floor of the building, so the view is exceptional. Location is perfect! You can go almost everywhere by foot!!! The staff is very helpful and focused on improving everything what's possible. It is 20 km from Polish border and you are in very cozy Czech city.
This hotel is probably the best one I've ever stayed in the Czech Republic. It's retro atmosphere is entirely a time capsule, with stylish fittings and furniture. The staff is extremely nice and the breakfast is just the perfect way to start the morning. I totally recommend it and I really hope the owners will preserve it's charm forever.

This was my second stay. I've remembered the Apartmá SunGarden Liberec since March 2018 when I stayed there the first time, I discovered it by chance at that time. I liked it a lot and gladly returned. People running the place are amazing, very hospitable and supportive. I like their environment-friendly focus and creativity. I wish I came one day in the summer time and explore the family entertaining part I know from the pictures. I love the info file the owners provide - clear information, very visual, something I have not found in most places I have stayed.

Very friendly staff, especially at the bar / restaurant and reception. Half board was a little too meaty for my taste, but after I told the waiter that, there were two salads on the buffet the next day. Maybe a coincidence, but if not: Thank you! My kid loved the playroom and I could hang out in front of the fireplace at the bar while she played - perfect! The room was nice and clean, the pool area is amazing, too! We will be back 😊
Short, but great stay after very long travel. Very kind and helpful Katherina in reception introduced me in this very good hotel withe wonderful room, cold, tasty beer, delicious, rich breakfast. Very strong side of the hotel is also location - in the city centre, near bus and railway station.
