The views are spectacular and the tour on the trail very informative. The food is prepared by a chef and is presented like in a five star establishment and tastes absolutely great.

The place was like paradise in the middle of the jungle. We were on a business trip but the family went with us and stayed at the hotel while we worked. The hotel offers amazing natural hot spring water pools, very relaxing after work. We really enjoyed it.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, they even offered to take me to another hotel that they have a partnership with at no extra cost, they said the rooms were better at the other place but I didn't mind staying at this hotel since it was just for the night.

Selvática del Toro in Bajos del Toro provides accommodations with a garden and a shared lounge. This apartment features free private parking, a shared kitchen, and free Wifi. The host was AMAZING!! She wasn’t there at the time of checkin but gave me the room code. I was supposed to check out at 11 but she even said I could leave even later or whatever time. We left at 7 because we had other plans but just her offering was very sweet. Loved our stay. Definitely coming back

We had the most amazing stay and the staff (thank you Mario in particular!) couldn't have been more accommodating of our photography needs! The place is teeming with wildlife which was the reason for our stay: hundreds of hummingbirds around the feeders along with many other spacial sightings in and around the lodge including a quetzal exceeded our expectations by far! Our room was very (very!) spacious with the most comfortable bed we've had during our time in Costa Rica (it wasn't "extra firm" like most others...)
