The staff were very helpful. They helped arrange a tour of the desert in English for us on a short notice. We could park the car inside a gated property. The A/C ran very well which kept us cool in the warm weather of the desert. Breakfast was included which was nice.

I liked everything, the location, the staff, the infrastructure, this place is exceptional. We loved staying in the Neiva Plaza, the staff was super friendly and helpful! The location was great in the middle of the city center, only 5 mins by taxi from the bus terminal. The hotel had an old fashioned style but is well maintained with great facilities (nice big pool :), we loved everything and felt very welcome. Especially the Portier of the hotel (unfortunately I don't remember his name) was very attentive and the breakfast on the terrace was wonderful, we had a view on the main square and could observe and enjoy it's lively atmosphere.

Beautiful rooms and exceptional gardens in a relatively peaceful location looking over San Augustin. It even has its own tiny but beautiful chapel. Enjoying a beer on our private balcony watching humming birds darting around the flowers in the late afternoon is a great memory. The restaurant was simple but excellent with very friendly staff. The weather allowed is to eat outside for both breakfast and dinner with lovely views. Their laundry service was very quick and efficient.

Great location: in the center of the town, with a lot of eateries around. The owner of the hotel Luis was extremely helpful. He helped me book tours (with no surcharge!), gave me local insider’s information on where to eat, what to see, how to get from A to B etc. Great price!
Very well located, exceptional staff who acommodated to our late arrival and very early check-out, and helped us to navigate the city, the rooms exceeded our expectations, we would definitely stay there again!!
It was clean with a comfortable bed and beautiful facilities. There's AC and hot water. It has double glazing. The pool and the gym are open long time. Now they offer breakfast inside the hotel (2022), so the criticism about that aspect is over.
Is cool place, clean, colourful, stuff was very nice and helpful.Is in finish of the village, in nature, around going free cows and horses. To the center where are shops and restaurants is few minutes.
