Located in Cartagena de Indias, 492 feet the nearest beach, Oz Hotel Luxury features air-conditioned accommodations and a bar. Great location in bocagrande. Always very clean, coffee and water always available, breakfast was very good and staff was fantastic. We got an upgrade for the upper apartment with a terrace, as our stay was long. Hotel management was very considerate and we will certainly book Oz again on our next stay in Cartagena!!

The staff was also a highlight. They were really trying to make everything as comfortable as possible for us. Especially Yesid one of the receptionists was very welcoming and attentive. All the receptionist spoke English very well.

Everything is walking distance. People are very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe walking around at all times even late at night around midnight. Lots of police visible. We loved shopping at las Bóvedas. La plaza Santo Domingo is the place to hang out, listen to live music and people watch during the evening! We took the city tour which was nice. Definitely take the horse carriage ride! Beautiful way to see the town and learn about its history through its driver. Go to Parque Bolivar around 6 to watch the folkloric dancers. The tour to the Totumo volcano was a fun one because you can bathe in the mud. What a fun experience! All this was easily done with my 5 and 8 year olds in tow.
