Overall a very nice and stylish hotel located in the heart of Punta Arenas. The rooms are clean and well maintained as the property is an impressive piece of architecture dating back to 1895. Location is perfect with easy access and walking distance to the mostly every area of the city including the waterfront to see the Estrecho de Magallanes. The staff were very courteous and attentive. Good breakfast with a fair selection of food. Our suite was decorated with style and was very comfortable.

Tierra Patagonia is an oasis, where everything works seamlessly. The staff is superb, the views sublime, the food exceptional, the rooms soothing and beautiful, the spa restorative. It is everything that an outdoor enthusiast could desire. We particularly enjoyed our excursions; Jaime was an exemplary, attentive and knowledgeable guide.
Outstanding location, the views are breathtaking. The staff is super friendly, perfectly fluent in English. The food was the best I've eaten in Chile. The whole eco-concept is going beyond simple recycling, they are trying as hard as it gets to function sustainably.

The hotel has a truly amazing location and a great view. This is very original architecture: as if hidden in the mountain slope or buried in the ground. The hotel was very comfortable. It is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service ispe impeccable. . The host and the guide are friendly and knowledgeable, also including good food, good views, and good itineraries. Basically, it's everything you need during the low season. We are thankful for everything that we experienced here.
