Very nice and authentic hotel in the middle of the old village, run by a young and very hospitable young couple. Perfect location for a hiking holiday. Better to stay here a whole week if you have the time :)

Rooms are reasonable in size so it is easy to stay with kids. Good view of lake Lugano from the balcony. Staff is also very helpful specially ladies in the reception.

Convenient ,just cross the street you can find the hotel from the train station. Clean,the room is big and clean. Staff,friendly and helpful Really enjoyed my stay at Tresa Bay Hotel thank you !
