This hotel is located less than one mile from the Maid of the Mist Niagara Falls boat tour. It features a full service spa and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. We book at Sterling Inn because of the good review it has and the stay was beyond expectations. The hotel is very confortable and the best of all is the staff. We arrived very early in the morning and the receptionist change our room to a better one with a early check in. If we return to Niagara Falls we will certainly repeat in this hotel.

We loved the Scenic Walkway along the American Falls at Niagara Falls State Park. In February the parking and entrance was free and just a short walk to the thundering majestic Falls. We stayed at the Giacometti Hotel and highly recommend the Unique, gracious, pristine and friendly accommodations.

Niagara Falls is one of the most beautiful places I’ve been . Absolutely stunning. Don’t take any tours other then the boat one. There is a package of 25$ or 13$ to visit : behind the falls . It was disappointing and absolutely nothing to see. Just a waste of money and time
We loved everything about Niagara Falls! We did the helicopter ride and that was the best experience ever!!! Wonderful views!! If I had to say anything I would like to change is to see some of the nearby places stay open later than 6pm.
Niagara Falls is one of the greatest place that I visit in US. It’s a natural place to visit where you can find a great natural invironment, lots of touristic places. I recommend to get a tour from one of the hotels because it’s saving time.
Niagara Falls was amazing, very mesmerizing. We defiantly were not ready to leave. There are so many people of different backgrounds there it's a really great learning experience. Plus an amazing chance to enjoy a perfect piece of nature.
Everything was awesome. Do all of it in the canadian side and buy your tickets at niagara falls state park to have access to all adventures. Well worth it. End the day at Clifton Hills and make sure to go back by the falls for a spectacular fireworks show.
The falls were stunningly beautiful at night. There were a lot of activities, but, most were expensive. Food everywhere was expensive. It is worth it to see the falls in person. Both the U.S. and Canadian side have amazing views. We did find a great, reasonably priced place to eat breakfast and lunch. It is about 10 minutes from downtown Niagara Falls. The Sunshine Cafe which has been family owned and operated for many, many years. Staff super friendly, the portions are generous, and more importantly, tasty.
Niagara Falls was a beautiful place and I recommend to experience both American and Canadian sides. Walking across the pedestrian bridge to Canada is a wonderful experience too. But please be sure to have a passport to travel to Canada.
Rooms were huge, bathroom excellent with beautiful shower and a jet tube I could swim in! Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. We didn't get a chance to eat at their restaurant but all the cab drivers and Uber drivers we had raved about it and that it was #1 in Niagara Falls. You can easily walk to Clifton Hill or the falls from this location. It was very cold the weekend we went so we opted for the cabs or WeGo bus to get around. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
The location is one of the most centralized for Niagara Falls, Canada. This hotel is 1 block from the fun zone and less than a 10 minute walk to the water front. There are at least a dozen places to eat within a few hundred yards, either sit down or fast food. Late night munchies.... No Problem! There is a Pizza Hut, KFC and Baskin Robins open until 2am on the lower floor as well as a Denny's in the parking lot (only open 24hrs on Fri and Sat but still open late).
I made plans to come to your hotel but then when I found out it was in Canada, which I called and made sure that it was on the USA side and they told me yes but when I got to Niagara Falls, they wanted me to go over the peace bridge, which considered Canada, which I can go to so I wasted money well you didn’t get any for me because I stopped it and I told my bank and I have proof that whoever I talked to you online said it was on the USA side it’s not unprofessional
This hotel must be a top choice for viewing Niagara Falls, we stayed on the 40th floor and had a great panoramic view of the falls! For a Hilton hotel, there's no doubt that the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast at the hotel is good too. So the best thing to recommend is that the view is very, very beautiful when you look out of the room's window, just take a look at my photos, all taken from the room's window.
Very good location for visiting the Niagara Falls. you can walk to the falls on the USA side, or simply walk across the border to visit the Canadian side. Hotel has a lot of facilities, including pool, 3x restaurant and 3x bars (2 of them in the casino), casino, and easy (free or valet) parking. They even have their own (grocery)shop with breakfast takeaway, drinks and daily used items. The room was large, with comfortable beds.
Views views views!!!! Literally the closest hotel to Niagara falls. I was worried that the photos online could be misleading but our room had fantastic views just like the photos I've seen, if not better! Watched the sunset at the restaurant in the hotel and the sunrise from the room when we woke up and it was just phenomenal. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting niagara falls for the first time.
This hotel was surprisingly beyond my expectations from Super 8. It was my first time staying at this hotel (or Super 8 Hotel chain) but it was nothing short of anything less than other big hotel chain in terms of cleanliness, staff behaviour and facilities. Rooms were clean and did not look outdated. This hotel does the job fine if you are looking to stay for night while visiting the Niagara falls.

Overall the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved the fresh cookies and coffee always available in the lobby. The breakfast had a great variety for everyone and was stocked with hot and cold foods. Finally the location was perfect. Very close to everything you needed and wanted in Niagara Falls. A very decent hotel in a convenient location. The service is prompt and friendly. The rooms are satisfactory and clean. If you are looking for luxuries, you will not find them here. However, it is a hotel that is convenient for tourists as it is located in close proximity to Niagara Falls and the Clifton Hill area. You can walk to see most of the sights.

I took the bus from New York to Niagara Falls, I saw the distance was 650m, apparently the hotel was on high ground from the bus stop, in the end I took an Uber because I was carrying a suitcase, the room was nice, the mattress was comfortable, the sheets were clean, the towels were plentiful and clean, the room was cleaned every day , I like it
Hotel at Niagara Falls (US side). This hotel is the best solution for visiting the falls due to its location (5/10 minutes by the Canadian border on walking). Good breakfast (you choose the day before what to eat). Rooms very clean, beds comfortable and big bathroom. I hope to visit again the falls and I will stay at The Giacomo
The room was huge and the location was great! It took just 10-15mins to get to Niagara Falls by walk. Also IHOP, Starbucks and other restaurants are connecting to the hotel so it was easy to grab breakfast which is good because we booked a plan without breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel staff called me saying the hotel got some maintenance issue and transferred me to Hilton Niagara Falls/ Fallsview Hotel And Suites, with the Falls View room as I booked. However the actual view is not as show in the picture, the Fall is actually further away.
