Marisa and Thomas were kind and attentive hosts. We had a long chat with Thomas who was full of information regarding the surrounding areas and all the amazing excursion options. Their son, Chayton, is himself an excellent guide who took us on an amazing excursion to see the mysterious source of the Columbia River. Deep in the rainforest, it bubbles from underground, a crystal clear beautiful set of cascades. Suncreek lodge is well kept and the cottage we stayed in was beautifully crafted in wood and very comfortable. We had a wonderful night sleep. Thanks so much Chayton, Thomas and Marisa for a great experience.

Absolutely beautiful resort nestled in the heart of the jungle. The entire staff was accommodating and the property is gorgeous. We have no complaints, would highly recommend to family and friends and would definitely stay again.

Schmidt’s Natures Way Guesthouse features accommodations in Punta Gorda. Guests staying at this guest house have access to free Wifi. Felt like coming home. The owners are people that have a history with the town and are super warm, open and helpful. I felt so welcomed!
